Designed with you in mind!
This home is city center, so you are close to everything! Before entering the house, you will see the Hot tub and an expansive dining and entertaining area on the back patio. Your group will LOVE every second at home.
As soon as you enter the home, you walk into the mudroom, and you will see a powder room (great for changing for your first dip in the Hot tub). Turn a corner, and you see the open-concept kitchen and living room with a huge dining table. Here, you will have everything you need and more; this kitchen is very well-stocked and meant for family gatherings.
In the living room, you will see a staircase leading to the second floor. Here you will find the laundry room (with washer and dryer) at the top of the stairs, and three bedrooms, plus two extra bathrooms.
The bedrooms are laid out very nicely. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is very cozy. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (single over a double bed and can sleep 3 in that room). There are many rooms for everyone, and we are sure you will love the space.
A couple of things to note: There is a max of 8 people allowed to stay here; if you plan on having guests, let us know, our neighbors are sensitive, and we do not want the city bylaw coming by. Pets are allowed by request ONLY, and there is a pet fee that will assist with the extra time needed to clean the home for future guests. There is NO smoking or shoes in the house, and ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Finally, there are only two vehicles allowed (we can not accommodate boats, RVs, and Motorhomes). There is no on-street parking, and we will give you a parking diagram before your stay; you MUST follow it, or you will be towed!
This is a self-check in and instructions will be given to the guests 1 week before arrival. We will also send along a video of how to park and enter the home.

This home is located near everything.
Parking is a BIG deal. There are only two spaces, 1 in the garage and the other next to the garage. There is NO parking in the front of the house, and the neighbors have the right to tow from the alley if your vehicle is somewhere it shouldnât be. You will be given a diagram of where to park and expected to follow it.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests can smoke only in designated outdoor areas, if available.
No parties or events: The property is meant for quiet enjoyment and is not suitable for hosting parties or events without prior approval from the host.
Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is specified in the listing. Additional visitors are only permitted during the day with the host's consent.
Noise restrictions: Guests should be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Quiet hours may be specified by the host.
Pets: Some hosts may allow pets, while others may have strict no-pet policies. Guests should clarify the pet policy with the host before booking.
Check-in and check-out times: Guests should adhere to the agreed-upon check-in and check-out times unless alternative arrangements have been made with the host.
Security and safety: Guests are responsible for securely locking the property when leaving and taking reasonable precautions to prevent accidents and maintain security.
Damage and liability: Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. The host may request a security deposit or charge for damages if necessary.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness during their stay. Excessive mess or uncleanliness may result in additional cleaning fees.
Respect for the property: Guests should treat the property and its furnishings with care and respect. Any missing or damaged items may be charged to the guest.
