This is the DREAMIEST SURFER BUNGALOW you have been wishing for! This adorable house is located in the historic Brickyard section of the Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood of 30A, and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Blue Mountain is right next to Santa Rosa Beach on one side and Grayton Beach just right down the road. Location is perfect as you can walk to many restaurants and shops. Our cottage is a short walk from 4 public beach accesses, all with public parking that allow super easy access to our famous sugar sand beaches and emerald green water. It only takes 2 minutes in your COMPLIMENTARY 6 seater golf cart. If you compare with beach vendors you'll see these carts rent for over $100 a day! HUGE SAVINGS and FREE with your rental with us.

Old world island style abounds in this gorgeous cottage that sleeps 7, outfitted with high end finishes and designer touches! Completely renovated and modern in all ways with an open floor plan complete with quartz and marble counters, high end yet comfortable furnishings, organic bedding and your own full laundry. The kitchen has everything you could need for a great vacation. The whole family will love the charm and comfort of this home. The master bedroom has a king bedroom, the guest bedroom or second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a full below and twin on the top, all with organic high end bedding.
Outside in your awesome fenced and private backyard, you will find an adorable private outdoor shower, cafe lights overhead, 7 mature palm trees with landscape lighting, an outdoor grill station and an outdoor dining area. You also have access to the guests shed with 4 beach bikes (normally $75/ each per week) for you to use as well as a brand new paddle board, beach toys and beach chairs. You are right next to Point Washington State Forest with over 20 miles of bike trails that will take you over many of the rare coastal lakes of the area, unique to only a few places in the world.

You will have everything you need to make wonderful family memories here as we have thought of everything! We even have you stocked with board games for the whole family for a fun game night. There is a Smart TV in every room for those days where you want to be a little lazy. Ahhhhhh! Relaxed yet?

We love how many great spots there are to walk to from here along 30A. Almost any cuisine is a quick walk or golf cart ride away, and the beach is literally across the street. Simply jump in your cart and park at Blue Mountain Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches along the Gulf, right around the corner from you! Lots of other great spots are close by as well including Gulf Place and the famous town of Seaside from the Truman Show. Alys Beach and Rosemary are close by as well, go check out the shopping and dining- you will love it!

A 6-seater golf cart is included in the rental.
*Please note we cannot guarantee availability of golf cart as it could be out at anytime without notice for emergency service if damaged by a previous renter. (We have only had this happen one time though in 2 years.) If golf cart happens to not be available due to unforeseen maintenance or damages we are not responsible for replacement cart rental or or monetary reimbursement. By renting this home through VRBO, you contractually agree to the legal terms of the rental management agreement below.
Travel protection/insurance is not included. You are welcome to obtain this on your own.

Please note the golf cart is not be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or the end of Highway 30A to the West. Additionally, any issue from the golf cart battery dying due to renters not charging it, will then be charged to the renters.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Not as relaxing as hoped

The inside of the house is as advertised, very nice finishes, very cute. The back patio could use some sprucing up. Lots of dead palm fronds, the string lights are mostly out, biting ants, the grill doesn't light. Be aware the "free" golf cart will not be replaced/refunded if unavailable or broken. We had use of the golf cart for about 1.5 days of our 6 day stay. The beach chairs/umbrellas were unusable the chairs were replaced the next day but again just another issue to deal with while on vacation.

This house is in a good location and was beautifully decorated. However, it needs some maintenance and there was a hiccup with the golf cart. We were told prior to our arrival that the golf cart needed repair and that we would be notified of an ETA for the cart to return to the property. We ended up renting a cart for $200 a day because we wanted to cart around town and this was a major reason why we had selected this property. Communication on the status of the golf cart was poor, and updates were not provided unless I asked. We received notification at 10:00 on the 3rd morning that the cart would be returned to the house that day. The deadline to return the cart for the prior day’s rental was 9:00, so we spent an additional $200 and had two carts that day. Also, the keypad to enter the home was difficult to use and would overheat during the day. A spare key was left for this reason, but we ended up getting locked out one day. A property manager was not available to help us, so we had to spend about 15 minutes cooling down the keypad so that we could get in. The backyard had weeds everywhere, the table was very dirty and the BBQ pit did not work. Additionally, the house needs to be exterminated and the closet door fell off in one of the rooms. This house has great potential, but really needs some TLC to make it a comfortable stay.

Perfect Little Beach House

This house was perfect for our family trip! The outside shower was convenient and the golf cart was fun to ride around in. The backyard was a great, private hang out/cook out space. The owner was amazing, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. Located in the cutest little 30A community!

A Great Getaway

This house is adorable, and the included golf cart and beach chairs were much appreciated! We had an issue with WiFi and a small housekeeping issue, but the property manager promptly handled it. The beaches are crowded, so get there early if you can. The proximity to the beach access at Blue Mountain is great! Close restaurants and ice cream!

This house exceeded our expectations! Clean and welcoming. The location is perfect. Right on 30A. The golf cart was especially useful. The beach is really close by. Restaurants, shops, everything you need is in close proximity. Perfect getaway for my family!

Favorite place we’ve ever stayed

We had a blast and the convenience of the house to everything made it all so much fun. We rode bikes in the evening and took the golf cart out to the multiple beach accesses throughout the week. Our family loved hopping on the cart to grab ice cream, souvenirs, and a couple essentials just down the street. The house is decorated so nice and it just felt like home as soon as we broke out the games the first night there. It was such a gift to have that bonding time and the house was perfect for that. The house is sooo nicely decorated and convenient! We will be booking this one again for sure! Jennifer (our host) was very involved in our stay - she timely answered any questions we had about places to eat, how to unlock door (after l misunderstood her perfect instructions) etc.

Me and my mom came down for a trip to relax and enjoy the beach, and Jennifer was awesome! She helped us check in, gave us recommendations on beach access, and was just a message away! The house was perfect location, I’ve been to 30A 10+ times and me and my mom can’t stop talking about how comfy and cozy this house was! The house was also so much bigger once you got inside. Having the golf cart was great as well! If you see this listing, BOOK IT!

We had a very nice stay..I would say everything was as advertised..great location..super close to the beach ..having the golf cart was really great and convenient so our teenager could use our car…plenty of space for the 6 of us..the outdoor shower worked great..my only small complaint was while it was wonderful to have the extra stuff the beach chairs provided def need to be replaced along with the umbrellas..they need to be retired😊..thanks for a great stay

Perfect getaway

Nice bungalow

We had great communication with the property manager prior to getting there and day off. You are fairly close to the beach but right on a curve of the busy highway 30A and we traveled with 3 young children so that made me nervous every time we left with the golf cart to go to the beach. The rooms were good sized for what we needed, the beds were ok, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and things to cook.They had beach toys, towels, chairs, and umbrellas which all were a great bonus. The biggest complaint I had was the size of the bathrooms and cleanliness of them. I had to put my makeup bag on the toilet to get ready cause there was no room on the vanity and the outdoor shower would be great if it was kept up but just felt as dirty after we washed off the sand in it the first day we were there. My husband was able to use one of the bikes by my kids aged 3,6, and 8 so they were not big enough to use the other bikes so we didn’t really use all of them. Over all the place will do the job but due to the bathroom size and the location I would be hesitant to book here again if traveling with kids.

Last minute July 4th beach trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at the bungalow right off of 30a! The location was fantastic and very convenient to so many places. The golf cart and bikes were such a huge bonus. We parked our truck and used them every day! Jennifer was super responsive and answered all my questions. Such a great week!!

Great beach house

This rental is perfect for a beach weekend. The location to the beach and local restaurants is ideal. The space is surprisingly quiet even though it’s close to the action of 30A. The backyard area was perfect for grilling dinner and relaxing outside. We loved taking the golf cart to the beach as well!

Perfect little house, owner has thought of everything a guest might need or want. Very close to road and unfortunately a lot of people driving over the speed limit. The use of bicycles and golf cart were a real bonus. Lovely area.

Fabulous!

Our family loved this little place. You could not ask for a more convenient location to everything and the golf cart made running around so easy! It is small for a 3 bedroom. Bring a hanging bag for toiletries… and don’t hesitate about the outdoor shower… it was surprisingly refreshing! We are bed snobs and these beds were super comfy and the bedding extra soft. The beach stays busy so we went early and set up our canopy to save our spot. Very friendly community and we felt very safe. The bikes were such a plus and we enjoyed a 2 mile ride to Grayton Beach. The shed is stocked with beach gear… we did buy a raft to float when the water was calm. You cannot beat that amazing beach and clear water! Favorite spots include: Blue Mabel Blue Mtn Bakery Real and Raw 30A Pecan Jacks ice cream Cava and Cakes … so many more places we want to try next time! Excellent communication with the owner who gave us several recommendations!

The house was really comfortable and well stocked. Very good location but 30A is a little busy. Nice back yard area for grillin and chillin. Host was very responsive when we had a little trouble with TV/GFI issue.

Beautifully renovated little house

This is a cute, spacious little house, beautifully decorated inside and out. The back patio is a great place to grill out and have dinner. The bikes are new and in good condition. The walk to the beach is about 10 min, but the golf cart gets you there in a flash. The house is located on a busy street, so need to be a little careful crossing the street and pulling out of the driveway in the golf cart. Overall a great stay with a host quick to respond to all our questions.

Can't wait to return!

We stayed in this cute bungalow for 4 days, and couldn't have had a better time (well, except for the weather). The house is on the smaller side, but it's just as the pictures show. The bunk beds were perfect for our 2 young teenagers, which left the 3rd bedroom free so we could get to the backyard anytime from it. The kitchen is well stocked, had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was great when the weather cooperated. Loved having the bikes and the golf cart. Other than a trip to the grocery, we left our car parked the rest of the time. Blue Mountain Bakery, Blue Mountain Creamery, and the beach, all within 5 minutes away by bike or cart. The house is right on 30A, which makes the front yard a little noisy, but it's slow traffic, so not terrible. And when you're tossing bags in a corn hole game, you don't even notice. The backyard was amazing! Well landscaped and lighted, and private. Loved having a grill to use. The check-in and check-out processes were simple, and Jennifer was quick to respond to all communication. We would highly recommend this place and can't wait to return to it!
