Everything in the house was clean, anything we need or questions were addressed promptly. There was enough pool towels and bath towels that made the whole stay comfortable like in a resort, the provided detergent helped a lot, the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans for a big family, there were usable spices above the microwave cabinets that we did not need to buy much. The service by Eden Stay was impressive, there was a point when we were missing a tv remote and a new one was ordered and delivered by Amazon within few hours. Pool operations was easy, the extra fee for the heat was well worth it (stayed dec25-31st) the spa was wonderful ! We could have not asked for a better Home. The layout of the home really works for a big family, eating by the kitchen counter and sitting at the connected living room was enough and feels more like a big family gathering, we hardly used the formal dining as it was more fun and enough space for 14 people in the kitchen/livingroom area. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, including Costco and starbuck. Overall a five star home, location, cleanliness and amenities!!!
