Not a good experience

House was ok until the roaches came out. The pool didn’t work on the weekends. The only pools on the entire property are located behind this unit. That was nice but one never opened and the other was closed on Saturdays and Sundays. It is too small for the amount people in this community. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or anywhere in this neighborhood. I have no idea how it has so many good reviews.

Nice Place needs serious pest control

Roaches in the kitchen and adjacent/2 bath really bad. They need serious pest control. They property management did send a tech, but took three requests and all day. Didn’t even put a dent in the critters. The pool gate code never worked, and with current beach conditions that was not good thing. The house is nice, situated in a good place, and large dog pet friendly was a plus for us. Not sure if we would try again.

Pictures are deceiving,

This is in a great location close to everything but the unit is very well worn. The carpet is so dirty that no one went bear foot. The walls need a fresh coat of paint and the furniture is very uncomfortable. I will say the beds were ok. The A/C could not keep the upstairs cool and we had it set at 72. The patio ceiling fan did not work so it made it impossible to sit outside. A nice place but just worn out.

FAMILY VACATION

The unit was not cleaned properly. As you walked in the front door it smelled of pet and the sofa covers had dog hair on them. There were a few pests (roaches) that were crawling around the kitchen area. There was green gum stuck under one of the bunk beds. The internet was out the ENTIRE DAY on Saturday our last day due to the owners not paying the bill. We could not watch TV. I reached out to Book that Condo they sent a nice gentleman out and he reset everything, and it still would not work. He reached out to someone at customer service, and they advised him that the owner DID NOT pay the bill. He told me he would get in touch with his boss, and they would reach out to the Owner. I called him back about an hour later he said the owner could not be reached. The gate code to the pool also does not work.

PCB condo

Very close to Shipwreck island and 15 min walk to the beach. Gate code for pool never worked so we had to ask other people to let us in over the weekend. Right in front of community pool, which was convenient for the kids.

Nice Family Vacation Spot

The home was just as shown in the pictures. Plenty of space for our family of 6. It was relatively clean with the exception of the front door where there was some dirt and cobwebs. The only complaint that we had was that there was only 2 televisions, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. It would've been nice to have TV's in all of the bedrooms. The neighborhood was safe, clean and quiet. There are 2 pools directly behind the house but given that it's November they were already closed for the season. There's even s playground for younger children. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Our Stay

Our stay was the best vacation that we have had!!! The location was perfect and the house was a home away from home! The neighborhood was perfect, the house was clean and spacious, we were able to cook breakfast for the family and every thing we needed!! I don’t have any complaints!

Review

The property was great, only problem was the pool was closed the first day and a half but that's not a big deal. Also, the dryer took about 2-2.5 cycles to dry a load of laundry. Everything else was really good.
