Beach Front Flat Kyma is ideally situated in Limassol, directly overlooking the pristine shores of the Germasoyia tourist area. Positioned on the fourth floor within a complex of apartments, this residence offers unparalleled panoramic views of the sea.

Upon entry, guests are greeted by an inviting open-plan living area featuring two spacious couches, a smart television, and complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout. To the right, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with modern amenities including a microwave, washing machine, French press coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. Adjacent to the kitchen lies a dining area accommodating up to six guests, ideal for enjoying meals with captivating sea vistas.

Expansive glass doors from the living area lead to a balcony, providing a tranquil space to appreciate the breathtaking scenery. Outdoor furnishings are provided for relaxation and al fresco dining experiences. A corridor to the left of the living room leads to two elegantly appointed bedrooms: a double bedroom and a bedroom featuring two single beds with an ensuite bathroom boasting a walk-in shower.

Returning to the entrance, guests will discover the main bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, as well as a third bedroom offering ample wardrobe space and a single bed.

Beach Front Flat Kyma enjoys a central location within Limassol`s renowned tourist area, surrounded by hotels, cafes, restaurants, and beach bars. Convenient access to the town center is facilitated, with Limassol Marina just 6.3 kilometers away, the old port a mere 6 kilometers away, and the famed shopping destination of Anexartisias Street accessible within 6 kilometers..
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
