The Space:

Our desert oasis awaits you at Casa La Paz, located inside the prestigious gates of the Puerta Azul Community. Step into this professionally furnished and staged model home. This villa features two spacious master suites with en suite bathrooms boasting dual sinks, granite countertops, and upscale tile. Bedrooms are privately situated on opposite sides of the home for maximum guest privacy. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. Step outside to a private, spacious yard with a built-in BBQ and spa.



The custom villa is just steps away from the community pool and Clubhouse, as well as tennis courts. Guests have access to the fitness room located inside the Clubhouse, along with two swimming pools and an Old World Bocci Ball court. Enjoy nearby shopping and fine dining in Old Town La Quinta and Palm Desert, known as the Rodeo Drive of the desert. Don't miss the famous La Quinta Resort and Club and World Class Spa La Quinta, both just minutes away.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



You will be welcomed by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival. We are always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations via phone or text.

Enjoy complimentary high-speed wireless WIFI (+50Mbps) throughout the entire house, including the back patio and pool area. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with ROKU TV for your entertainment.



Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am.



The trash, recycling, and organics bins are located in the concrete enclosure near the curb in front of the home. The HOA handles trash day, including putting the bins out for pickup and returning them afterward, so you don’t need to place anything on the curb.



Please just place tied trash bags into the appropriate bins inside the enclosure. At checkout, if you have time, we’d appreciate it if you could strip the beds you used and place the bedding in the laundry baskets provided in each room. Starting one load of laundry is helpful but totally optional. Thank you, and we hope you enjoyed your stay!



Please be informed that any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly provide us with a list of all individuals staying at the house, as well as the drivers of the cars that will require access.



The gas grill operates on natural gas. Remember to turn off all appliances when not in use.

Desert holiday

Great location for our visit as it’s close to and easy to get around. We’re golfers so this property met our needs. Pool and gym right behind the house so ideal. Eddy checked in from time to time to make sure all was well and alerted us to sand storms approaching the area. We would rent this unit again if we return to La Quinta area again.

The grounds of this property are beautiful. The condo itself is spacious with large bedrooms and a bath for each suite. The kitchen is well appointed for a long stay. The only negative is the furnishings are worn and things like throw pillows need to be cleaned and/or replaced. Other than that, I would return.

Perfect desert getaway

This place was perfect for our stay. Our girls were playing in the big lacrosse tournament at Coachella and the location was perfect. The house had everything we needed and it was nice and very comfortable. Plenty of room for the four us. The surrounding area is beautiful and very well maintained. Accessing the house was super easy and Eddy made sure we had all the information needed to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely go back and book this place again.

Good choice with a few issues

This was our first stay in La Quinta and our first time back to the Palm Springs area in over 40 years. Things have changed! We felt a bit remote in La Quinta. Having their only tennis courts to ourselves every morning made our stay. We could never find anyone at the "clubhouse" to book time. So just helped ourselves. We really needed a sponge in the kitchen. And did not appreciate the rotten egg smell that got very intense at times. Sewer gas was our guests answer. Not sure. The property was typically gorgeous. All the right amenities were there. Plenty of towels, decent quality TP, but could have used more than 1/4 box of tissue. So in otherwords, all the right stuff with minor annoyances. Oh. And we were not allowed to use the grill (???). And did not have a remote for the garage door but hardly cared about that. Others seemed to have them.

Outside area were great. Loved the waterfall sound of the spa. Communication with property manager was good. Some important info missing from check in info (code to open garage, for example) but was able to get get quick replies. I thought description misleading because of the lack of good cookware, knives and basic things for cooking. We fortunately brought some of our own. Disappointed grill was broken prior to our stay. The biggest thing I’d suggest is to clean the carpet and furniture.

We really, really liked this property!

Most importantly, I must state upfront that we really liked the property and enjoyed our stay. They neighborhood was smaller, but quieter, which we preferred. The only thing about the cleanliness of the property is that the carpets had some dirt stains, but EVERYTHING else was very, very clean. We had a snag getting into the primary gate, but the property owner was very responsive and provided us with a different number to call and gain access. I loved the layout of the property with bedrooms being on opposite sides of the unit allowing for privacy and quiet if desired.

The property was everything it was advertised to be. It was very clean and well furnished with great amenities, including the exterior spa and outdoor kitchen. Puerta Azul is a beautiful community. Communication with the host (Eddy) was also excellent making the rental experience very easy and stress free. We highly recommend.
