Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire home, pool, and all amenities listed, via a simple, contact-free smart lock system.

We kindly ask that you do not attempt to open or access closets or cabinets that are locked.

★ House Rules (For a Serene Stay)★

To maintain the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood and property, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

• No parties or events. This is a quiet retreat for relaxation. Loud music, celebrations, or excessive noise will result in immediate cancellation of your stay, no refund, plus a fine.

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

• Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests permitted at the property at any time is 20 people. (Only guests listed on the reservation can stay overnight.)

• Parking: Our Driveway Fits A Total Of 5 Cars Only. There Are NO Street Parking.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. A $300 deep-cleaning fee will be automatically charged if any evidence of smoking (smell, ash, butts) is found.

• No pets allowed. Strictly enforced. A $300 professional cleaning fee applies to violations to cover deep cleaning and allergen removal.

• Dome Care & Stargazing Tips: To ensure the best view for your group, please avoid touching the transparent panels with your hands. Fingerprints are invisible by day but obstruct the view at night. Thank you for helping us keep the dome pristine!

• Commercial Use Policy: For insurance purposes, no commercial use of the property is permitted. This includes personal services, professional photo or video shoots, and other business-related activities. Penalty of $10000 will be charged to the guest's account if found in violation.

• BBQ Grill & Propane: We provide a propane tank for the BBQ grill. We do our best to ensure it is full before your arrival! On the rare occasion a tank is empty upon your arrival or during your stay, we kindly ask you to swap it at a nearby gas station, and we will refund the cost of the purchase to your reservation.

★ Natural Setting Disclaimer ★

Our beautiful property is set within a natural, serene canyon environment. As such, it is possible for occasional insects or small animals to appear. If you notice any inside, please notify us immediately, and we will promptly dispatch our maintenance team. Please note that refunds or reservation adjustments will not be provided for these natural occurrences.
