You can easily walk to Keauhou Bay Beach Park and the Keauhou Shopping Center (with restaurants, a cinema, grocery stores, and a pharmacy), with a number of other beaches and historic downtown Kailua-Kona within a few minutes' drive. The convenient Kona Trolley runs every hour from the shopping center to downtown Kona.

The recently remodeled, air-conditioned living space is full of thoughtful upgrades, richly hued wood, and beautiful decor inspired by the tropics. The kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops, and it opens to a dining area and a living room with a mirrored wall maximizing the natural light and ocean views.
