This conveniently located, air-conditioned retreat provides you with easy access to warm sand, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill to welcome you home each afternoon, and an elevated deck where you can admire the sunset sky and bask in the cool coastal breeze each evening.

This home is located just up the street from the beach in Harwich Port, making it an ideal escape for those looking to spend the summer in the Cape Cod sunshine. You'll be half a mile south of Main Street (Route 28), which is home to an assortment of local restaurants and casual eateries, Shaw's grocery store, and such family-friendly attractions as Bud's Go-Karts. Whitehouse Field, the summertime home of the Harwich Mariners, is also only three miles northeast.

We loved staying here so close to the beach and in a beautiful neighborhood. The places to sit outside are lovely and the beds are cozy. Highly recommend this spot.

Great house and location with east fixes needed

Came into town for a fall wedding and had a wonderful stay. Great home on a beautiful street a block from the beach. Few minor issues: 1. there are 3 auto drip coffee machines but no carafe for any of them . We had to finagle and use a pot, not fun. This was mentioned in prior reviews and has not been resolved. 2. Wifi signal very poor. Could not even stream a show without it cutting out multiple times. 3. Kitchen could be stocked better with Tupperware and more pans but this was not a huge deal. Overall great stay and would still come back.

Great beach house

We had a great time staying in Harwichport and visiting with our family. The walk to the beach was short and it was nice to take daily walks there. Looking forward to staying longer next time. House had all the amenities of home.

Enjoyed the private road. If you go you will need your own seasoning, saran wrap, foil, cooking spray, paper towels, kleenex and trash bags....and possibly toilet paper. there were two extra rolls for our group of 5.

Great weekend

We were in Harwich for a wedding and stayed two nights. The location of the property is amazing and is kept very well. As cape rentals go this is by far one of the best we have stayed in.

Great property and location

We have stayed in this area several times. This is a fantastic property! Clean, well laid out and with a second bathroom. The location to the beach is perfect. The house was ideal for our family.

Very Nice Home. Great Location.

Very nice home. Easy walk to nice private beach. Living room TV was not hooked up to cable service, or even plugged in. The property manager was quick to remedy the situation by providing a Smart TV which allowed us to access Netflix and other apps. Impressed with the quick response. On the downside, there were some issues previously reported by other reviewers) that need attention. Several of the light sitches appear to have no function and the ceiling lights over the living room window work off the wall switch bur are plugged in to the wall outlet. One inconvenience was the small shower in the master bath. A very small corner shower hwas installed even though there was room to install a larger shower.

Beautiful home walking distance to beach

This house was beautiful and immaculate! Big new kitchen, 3 awesome bedrooms, beds very comfortable. 2 sitting areas, ac was great!! 2 great bathrooms! close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to beach! Only problem was there should be a railing on the steps to enter the house. not good for elderly people. But we will definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Great vacation house for young family

The house was as advertised, great for a young family. Clean sheets, towels, beach chairs/toys made the trip that much easier. Close drive to the town beaches and easy walk to the private beach. Highly recommend!

beach house

my family stayed in this house last week and it was perfect. Super close to a beautiful beach, great outdoor space at the house, and my favorite - the outdoor shower. The house was clean and spacious. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal, plus a gas grill on the patio. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Would absolutely stay at this house again in the future.

Lovely home, poorly managed

Great location, beautiful beach with close and easy access. Great house with perfect layout for a our family with 2 young grandchildren. Unfortunately, we had issues with cleanliness-a partially eaten apple under the sofa, trash and seeds in the utility closet, trash outside around the garbage cans, and animal feces on the upper deck. We also called about water in the basement but no one came out to deal with it.

A bit chilly

The house and it’s location are great! The heat was broken and the water was turned off. Once we were able to get ahold of a property manager he came out and got the water on but no heat in November was not good. He bought 3 space heaters for us to use, which helped but not ideal.
