The living room has a cozy gas fireplace with a hand carved mantel and quarter-sawn oak pillar/woodwork, library, parlor with piano, outdoor deck & seating, fenced back yard and wrap around porch. Fresh and clean, comfortable beds with soft linens, towels and all toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap). Washer and dryer, plus detergent, now available in basement for guest's use.
The whole place is yours to enjoy! There is a locked carriage house in the backyard that is storage only and not available for guest use (at the moment- we are hoping to remodel that soon!)
We are always a phone call away ,but we will leave you to enjoy the privacy of your own residence while visiting Glenwood Springs.

This has been our family home for over 20 years, and we have loved every minute of living in the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs. We have put hours of labor and love into making this property available for your use - we sure hope you love it as much as we do!
For guests with allergy/sensitivities to animals, this is an ALLERGY FRIENDLY HOME- NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. For guests with ADA SERVICE ANIMALS, bringing your animal to this property will fundamentally change the nature of this property, and will impact the experience for other guests with serious allergies. Please contact us if you need accommodations for pets and service animals. We do have several other accommodations that can host service animals, support animals and other beloved fur babies. Also, if you are sensitive to cleaning products, please contact us BEFORE your arrival (at least 24 hours prior) so we can have our staff use allergy friendly cleaning products. There will be an additional fee assessed for this service (contact us for more details).
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in or near the house! There will be a $1500 MINIMUM FINE assessed if there is any TRACE of smoking in this property!
If you use the stove please leave it tidy and wash all dishes used. Please use the dishwasher for all dishes (you may leave dishwasher running when you check-out).
Also, all towels, bedding, linens are to remain in the house at all times - towels are NOT for pool use!! If violated, we will charge $25 per towel (chlorine and minerals from the pool can destroy our towels and other linens!). You may rent towels at the Hot Springs directly.
