Newly remodeled home in the heart of Tower District.
Located in a welcoming residential neighborhood. Head to Fresno's Chaffee Zoo with the kids or take them to the Aerozone Trampoline Park.

*Lots of shops along E Olive Ave 5min drive.
*Fresno's well known Sequoia Brewing Company, Peach Pit, and Roger Rocka's Dinner Theater.
*Hop on 41 for a 1-hr drive to Shaver Lake or 1.5-hr Yosemite or Sequoia or King Canyon National Park.

This is one of the only Tower District spots that is far enough away from both trains to receive none of that noise. Plus while being under 10 min walk to all the shops and nightlife. We haven't seen any other places that beat this location for Tower District.

Smart doorbell (with motion detection) as well as external security camera system for security purposes.

Guests have full access to the home - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Parking is in the driveway as well as free street parking. The driveway is on the left side of the property and there is a gate that leads to 1 covered parking spot. Please park on the left side of the covered parking to leave room for the studio unit guests to easily access their unit. You can also fit 2 more cars in the actual driveway lined up behind each other. The driveway is very steep so please be cautious when driving up it. Street parking is highly recommended for cars close to the ground.

If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will bring it to you within your stay.

We have a contact team during your stay that can be reached via VRBO app/text/call from 8 am to 9 pm.

‱ The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless late check-out has been requested and agreed.
‱ Please load all dishes and start the dishwasher (if one is available)and hand-wash any excess dishes.
‱ Please throw away all trash and remove unused food from the fridge.
◩ If you have extra time, please put all trash in the garbage bins outside.
‱ Please turn the thermostat AC up to 89 and Heat down to 55 (especially in summer and winter months)
‱ Put the house manual, house key (if used), and garage key/remote (if applicable) back in the location where it was found.
‱ Lock all entry/exit doors.

Awesome Location

Beautiful clean bungalow in the Tower District in Fresno. Very quiet neighborhood and we were able to make a short walk each evening to Olive Street to dine in the many restaurants available.

Great stay!

We arrived at the house during a severe heat wave, and we were so grateful to walk in the door and feel comfortable right away. The air conditioning was on and the house was cool. Every room was immaculately clean and looked just as we were told to expect. The hosts were gracious and communicative. They answered our questions right away and provided all the information that we needed in a timely manner. Check-in was easy with a code lock on the door. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed, a coffee maker, a blender, dishes, etc. There is more than that but our conference included meals so we didn’t need more and I didn’t pay attention. Check-out was easy—some basic cleanup, common decency really—we stripped the beds and moved towels to the laundry area, washed the dishes, emptied the refrigerator of our food, and took out the trash. It took less than 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. It’s in a residential area but with many restaurants and fun activities right nearby. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Great location, clean and quiet neighborhood.

Our friends live in Tower and we wanted to be close to them and Tower Fest. Everything we needed was within walking distance. It was just my sister and me and we always felt safe walking around the neighborhood, day or night. The house was clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed.

Cool Property / Recently Remodeled

We had a short stay just to get some shut-eye before heading to Chinapeak. The value of staying in this home vs a hotel, which was similarly priced, was totally worth it! We would definitely stay again!

The cutest little house

I had a really good experience staying at this property. Initially, it was just me and my baby, but my teenage son came as well. The house was kind enough to add my sign onto the reservation. The house was nice and clean and had everything that we needed even a baby crib. it is literally walking distance to nice restaurants and I felt very safe here. I was happy to know that I could park my car behind the gate in the backyard so that made me feel comfortable that nothing would happen to my car. If I’m ever in the Fresno area, I would stay here again.
