The Space:
Casa TUA is one of a kind stunning penthouse, perfect for families or friends relaxing getaway or to make it your home for a longer stay. It offers excellent space distribution, as well as a great blend of tranquility and comfort. With high ceilings and plenty of natural light, the fully equipped kitchen opens to the cozy and breeze light living room with smart tv and dining table for 8. The sliding doors open to extend the living area to the amazing terrace were you will be able to enjoy magnificent views of the city and Sea of Cortez. As our guest you will have access to one of Cabo's best Resort's right at Medano Beach! Enjoy the day at the resort's pool and/or Beach Club and indulge in their magnificent spa (see below for more detail) .

This spacious condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests as follows :
- Master bedroom with King Size bed, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and large walking closet has direct access to the terrace with lounge chairs were you can relax and soak the view.
- Guest bedroom with twin beds (can convert to King Size Bed) with direct access to the terrace and literally Ocean View from the bed, it has full bathroom just outside the room.
- Second Guest bedroom with two full beds, closet and ensuite bathroom.
Even though it is a Pent House, Casa Tua has a back street level access, meaning no elevators and stairs to access (just 2 steps at Condo's entrance).

Enclosed in Pedregal gated community, one of Cabo's most exclusive areas, you have access to amenities such as community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball ring, children's playground and one of the best things, Pedregal beach. Pedregal beach is semi-private, it is a pristine beach with very little access, no vendors or shops, which makes it perfect to enjoy a morning walk or run, a sunset picnic, or just watch the magnificent Pacific Ocean waves. (Due to strong currents it is a NON swimmable beach).

* Cleaning and disinfecting protocols have been upgraded to guarantee a safe environment. We have implemented protocols to clean and disinfect all rooms, and frequently touched surfaces, as doorknobs, handles, remote controls and light switches. Certified Hospital grade disinfectant used.
* Antibacterial gel and disinfectant available for guest use.
* During any interaction with our staff, we will be equipped with protective gear (masks)
* For your convenience we have available a specialized sanitization service consisting of electrostatic aspersion, which guarantees the biodegradable sanitizer adhering to all surfaces in the property. This service has a cost of $40 USD and must be required at least 48 hours in advance of arrival. Please let us know and we will be happy to schedule it for your arrival

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the full penthouse and to the shared pool that is just 2 buildings away and use of Pedregal amenities (read more in The Neighborhood).

Our guests are welcome to enjoy the day at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. No additional fee, only minimum consumption (food and beverages) required. $50 USD per person per day for pool & beach club | $35 USD per person for beach club only (discount applicable for children). We recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. ***This is a third party property and access is subject to availability and capacity of the Resort.***

The Neighborhood:
Pedregal is the biggest luxury community in Cabo, with a privileged location in the rocky hills behind the Cabo San Lucas famous Arch. In any point you are either enjoying the Pacific views or the Sea of Cortes. It is a fully residential community, featuring some of the most luxurious and astonishing properties in Los Cabos.

Pedregal's amenities include tennis courts, The Spa at Pedregal, a playground, pickle ball court and access to Pedregal Beach. Pedregal Beach is not private but access is contained between the Pedregal Cliffs and Montecristo Estates. Pedregal Beach is one of the most unique spots for photo sessions, enjoying a quiet sunset evening, whale spotting during the season, or a wonderful walk. Please note Pedregal Beach is NON SWIMMABLE.

Getting Around:
Pedregal is only a few steps away from downtown Cabo San Lucas, Casa Tua is located just 10 min walking distance to downtown, where you can enjoy restaurants, bars and shops. Pedregal means all streets are stone and it is a downhill walk when heading to the downtown (uphill when heading back). Pedregal is a big gated community with a few hills, so it's an amazing exercise to walk through the hills and it's secure streets, but if you are looking for a more comfortable ride, renting a car is pretty simple.

If you don't wish to renta a car, taxis are available 24/7, just by calling security gate they will be there in 10 min, or Uber is a great accesible option.

Medano Beach, the closest swimmable and one of Medano's hottest spots, is only 5-10 min driving distance from Casa Tua, as well as the Cabo San Lucas Marina.

Other Things to Note:
There is construction in the nearby area, although it does not affect Casa Tua, there is views of the construction from the community pool. Currently due to COVID restrictions community pool is restricted to 4 guests or 1 family at a time. Day Pass in Medano Beach Resort available (subject to capacity and Resort availability) to enjoy pool, beach club and Medano swimmable beach day! (inquire for cost)

For your information regarding COVID TEST IN CABO:
* PCR and Antigen tests are available in Los Cabos.
* Antigen tests available in clinic starting at $30 USD per person.
* House visits can be scheduled in advance (extra cost applies).
* Antigen test results and certificates are delivered within 3 hours.

Interaction with Guests:
While we want to give you your space to enjoy, we will be available in case you need us 24/7. We will meet you at your arrival and show you around the house and answer any question. We will be available for any Concierge Service, maintenance or emergency issues throughout your stay by phone (SMS or calls) and email.
