Beachside Bliss is a newly renovated 3-bedroom condo offering comfortable beachside living for extended stays in Salisbury. Located directly along the beach, it provides a quiet coastal setting ideal for monthly renters. The home features in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, a four-season porch, and convenient beach access just outside the shared deck. Well suited for traveling professionals, families between homes, or longer-term coastal stays from February through April.

â« The home includes window A/C units in the living room and primary bedroom. Secondary bedrooms do not have dedicated A/C units. Heating is available throughout the unit for cooler months.
â« Fires are not permitted anywhere on the property or shared spaces.
â« Parking includes one designated off-street space. Free street parking is available across the street on a first-come basis. Oversized vehicles may be a tighter fit.
â« We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

This property is located within a short drive to Newburyport MA, Portsmouth NH, Plum Island, MA, Hampton Beach, NH and Kittery, ME.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for longer stays. The property is located directly along the beach with nearby access to Salisbury and surrounding towns.
