Auzo-eskola zaharra guztiz 2017an, berriztatua, mendi tonttorr zoragarri bat kokatuta eta arte zaharrez inguratua.
Bi kilometrotara dago Lekeitio-tik eta Bizkaia-ko golkoaren bista ederrak ditu.

Etxeak, lehen solairuan, gela haundi baten ditu batera sukaldea, jantokia eta saloia eta bi logel eta bainu bat; bigarren pisuan mezanin bat, logeala eta komun bear bat ditu.
Kampoan terrace bat hegoruntz eta Read artibaiko mendiruntz begira dauka.

Bear leku approposoa da sendi edo lagun talde batentzako, naturaz (itsasoa eta mendia) gozatzeko edo lasai Euskalherriaren altxorak aurkitzeko.

Ancienne école rurale basque entiÚrement réhabilitée en 2017.
SituĂ© sur une colline magique entourĂ©e de chĂȘnes centenaires, Ă  deux kilomĂštres du village de pĂȘcheurs de Lekeitio et surplombant le golfe de Gascogne.
La maison a un salon-salle à manger-cuisine ouverte et deux chambres et une salle de bain au premier étage. Au deuxiÚme étage il y a une chambre en mezzanine et une salle de bain. Dehors, il bénéficie d'une terrasse plein sud avec vue sur les montagnes de Léa-Artibai.

C'est un endroit parfait pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis qui veut profiter de la nature (mer et montagne) et découvrir les charmes d'Euskal Herria.

C'est un endroit parfait pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis qui veulent profiter de la nature (mer et montagne) et découvrir les trésors du Pays Basque.

Memorable home in Basque Country

We travelled throughout France and Spain this trip and saw and did many memorable things but this is the place I’ll dream of coming back to. Beautiful home, lots to do in the area (although I particularly loved doing nothing at all!). Anne was very welcoming and everything was easy. Don’t hesitate to book.

Fantastic choice, so glad we came

Not that this place or its hosts need more positive reviews, but I’ll happily add my voice to the choir.The place is super comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy yourself indoors or on the terrace/garden, but the village is walkable too. Actually finding some nice hiking is just as walkable, leading to amazing viewpoints and forest paths. There are many places close by that are worth visiting, but staying around the apartment is very enjoyable too!We loved everything about our visit and hope to return!

Great place in Lekeitio

Our family had a wonderful time. Anna and Kerman who live near the house have been very welcoming. The house has been recently renovated, is well appointed, and is very clean. Our kids age 8 to 11 enjoyed the garden very much.

Perfect stay in a wonderful part of the Basque country

We loved to stay in this charming spacious old school house. It has so much atmosphere and was extremely well equipped with really everything you might need. Wonderful stay in Eskola 87!

We felt directly like home in this old Basque school renovated with a combination of authenticity (wood and stone) and modernity (brand new appliances), giving a feeling of space and light even on a cloudy day. Coming home

We loved the old school building renovated with an eye for detail and all modern comfort. The location is great, half an hour's walk from the beach. Lekeitio is a pleasant town. A wonderful base to get to know the Basque nature and culture. Anne and Kerman are very hospitable and were always available if necessary. We enjoyed our moments together...their stories and hospitality !!

We had a great stay at Anne and Keramon's beautifully converted schoolhouse. It's a great open space for a family, super clean, bbq and a cool terrace for relaxing. The location above Lekeitio, which has a great beach and loads to do, is handy for getting to lots of cool places in this part of the basque country. Finally, Anne and Keramon are great hosts, offering lots of really friendly help and advice. Go!

This is a joy of a place - 2km from the sea & surrounded by hills, coast, fishing villages & historic towns with museums & the Guggenheim, fully equipped with everything you could ask for & with Anne, who couldn't have done more.The first time we've stayed in Spain, apart from with family in Barcelona & quite one of the best cottages we've had anywhere.The Basque region is a very special place - we will definitely be returning in the not too distant future! We had a wonderful time in Lekeitio

The house is situated on small hill overlooking Lekeitio, parts of the Basque coastline and the surrounding valleys and hills - the surroundings are silent and it takes a fifteen minute walk to Lekeitio centre. The old school-house is very nicely restored and the interior, exterior and equipment lacks absolutely nothing. Anne and her partner had been warmly welcoming and helpful hosts to us. Everything has contributed to wonderful holidays on the Basque coast.

The place is fantastic. There were six of us and the beautiful house offered living space, coolness and is fully equipped. The location is great as is the view. Relax at the house, swim in the sea, have drinks and snacks in beautiful and friendly Lekeitio or take (mountain) walks. Everything within short (walking) distance. Bilbao is only an hour away. In short, a great place with very hospitable and friendly owners. Highly recommended!

Incredible underestimated location

The house itself is already nice with all furnitures. The surroundings are also beautiful and quiet. Owners are welcoming . Lekeitio itself is just incredible. Extremely authentic. 2 nice beaches. One island accessible at low tide. One clean river to cross to access one of the beach. Old city to be discovered. No cars in city center. Small harbor. Anti jet-set atmosphere. And only one hour drive from Bilbao... Wonderful for those looking for authenticity....

Great Holiday Home

We spent two marvelous weeks in Gardata-Artika.Very interesting architecture: A tiny old school house had been refurbished into a spacy and comfortable holiday home combining old and new structures in a very tasteful manner. Very clean.Fully equipped with high standard.Nice view into country side from the patio.Very calm and quiet.Very friendly and helpful landlords living next door and respecting guest privacy.Rent is definitely not cheap, but you get a lot for your money!Lekeitio is a very nice small city. Even though it is in walking distance the way back can get tiring (steep). It is advisable to park your car in the (gratis) parking lot at the city border. From there it is only a few minutes walk to harbor and beach.I'm usually not writing online ratings but this location really earns one!

Une trĂšs belle semaine de vacances dans un endroit charmant. Nous avons pu mĂ©langer le plaisir de vivre Ă  la campagne tout en Ă©tant prĂšs des endroits Ă  visiter. À plus ou moins 1 heure de Bilbao, San Sebastian, Vitoria-Gastiez, Gaztelugatxe.La maison est trĂšs propre et accueillante, bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour cuisiner quand ça nous chante, et trĂšs plaisante Ă  y vivre. Prendre une marche pour se rendre au trĂšs beau village de Lekeitio pour aller Ă  la plage ou manger au resto se fait trĂšs bien. Par contre pour l’épicerie, il faut la voiture car au retour la pente est exigeante si on a des sacs.Les proprios sont trĂšs gentils. Anne et son Ă©poux nous ont accueillis et donnĂ© plusieurs conseils. Ce fut un plaisir de les connaĂźtre.Nous recommandons cette maison sans hĂ©siter.
