This is an apartment with one bedroom and fully equipped open -plan kitchen located in a pedestrian street between Pantheon and Notre Dame Cathedral. It is located on the first floor with a lift that makes it really convenient for your luggages. It is completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and box TV. Sleeping for 4 guests, one double bed + sofa bed, 1 bathroom, open kitchen area. The apartment is entirely dedicated to the guests stay.
Located in a secured building (2 secured access) in a lively neighborhood, with many shops , open-air markets, bars & restaurants and excellent transportation network.

Beds are made at your arrivaL. Bed linens & bath towels are included, some Nespresso capsule coffee & tea bags are complimentary.
Price includes cleaning at the end of the stay.

Bonjour, la communication est simple, fluide et rapide avec l'hÎte. Nous été reçu avec un panier avec de belles surprises incluant dejeuner et 1 souper qui a été un bon départ pour nous pour avant de connaßtre les environs. L'emplacement est situé prÚs de tout! Il y a 2 bars au bout de la rue pour prendre une pause.

Sophie and Philip are excellent hosts! I would recommend this property based on their responsiveness and hospitality alone. Combine that with the apartment's excellent location near amenities and metro/train stations, and how comfortable and well-equipped the apartment was, and it made for the best vacation in Paris. Sophie and Philip thought of everything that a person might need while staying at the apartment and made sure it was onhand. I appreciate their commitment to making sure guests have an excellent stay. I would recommend this apartment without reservations, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staying at this apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter was one of the best decisions we made. Thank you, Sophie and Philip!

Kind Hosts

Sophie and Philippe are super kind hosts. Philippe even took the day off from work to welcome us to the apartment. Communication on the hosts’ part was excellent. We were late arriving at the apartment and we were not able to communicate this to the hosts because of cell phone issues. Philippe took it in stride and wasn’t angry. I would not have blamed him if he had been. The apartment was very clean and as depicted in the description. The location is convenient to everything. The elevator is very convenient for moving luggage but otherwise we used the stairs. The shower is a nice size. The apartment is a nice size and kitchen very well equipped. We did run out of hot water the first morning so we took European showers after that and didn’t have issues. The bed is very comfortable. I would recommend the apartment without hesitation.

Beautifully designed studio with everything

Great design, very compact, very clean and new, all the amenities you could need or want. Generous gift basket on arrival. Great location. Quiet and comfortable. We would stay there again in a flash as a couple. My cousin was with us and it’s little too small for three adults, not quite enough privacy. Comfy sofa bed in living room area. You have to pass through the bedroom area to get to the bathroom. Good for a couple with a teen or two small kids or two close adult friends. Host very responsive to our needs.

Amazing location and lovely hosts

Sophie and her family were wonderful hosts! We wanted to be within walking distance of the river but not right in the middle of the crowded tourist areas, and this location close to the Pantheon, the Sorbonne and Luxembourg gardens was perfect. The apartment itself is so well appointed; the hosts thought of everything we would need. It had ample storage for clothes, food etc and although was a bit small for our family of four (we have two teens), it was very comfortable and we spent most of our time exploring Paris, so the size didn't matter. We feel so fortunate to have found it and hope to be back some day!

I am certain we would have, however, the Coronavirus kept us out of France! We stayed home in Virginia and in our house. We will rent from Home Away whenever we go most anywhere for more than one night!

Great location - full of amenities...

An easy walk to Notre Dame, in the shadow of the Pantheon and around the corner from the Sorbonne, this lovely apartment makes visiting - and staying in - Paris a snap. Sophie and Phillipe were incredibly responsive from our first inquiry to our last "au revoir." Amenities include everything you'd want in a vacation rental, including a washer/dryer combo, but also there's even a scale so we could confirm the weight of our luggage for our flight home. Outlets next to the bed have multiple slots for USB cords to charge all the devices we carried, too. There are great restaurants and even a location from "Midnight in Paris" (the steps of Saint-Étienne-du-Mont Church) moments away. During our stay Sophie even checked in by text to confirm that all was well with us. We loved it - and if we're fortunate - we'll stay there again!

Amazing Stay!!!

What a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Paris! Where shall I begin...Sophie, the owner, is a delight to work with and so open and obliging to any question or need. I arrived at the flat and she greeted me so cheerfully. The building has an elevator which is a great asset for travelers with suitcases. The flat was absolutely immaculate and so adorable. Sophie showed me everything and how to operate the appliances, etc. the induction cooktop was amazing. The pots and pans, dishware, etc were of a high quality.The BEST part was she had two baskets of supplies for us to use...soap, toothpaste, paper towels, detergent for laundry and dishes, coffee, pasta, sauce, candy, cookies, jams, etc, etc!! The refrigerator was stocked with milk, juice, frozen pastries and waffles. The cabinets had spices, teas, ironing board, drying rack, Swiffer, hair dryer, first aid kit, and necessities. And flowers on the table! There was a notebook with directions to restaurants, boulangeries, fromagiers, wine shops, grocery stores, etc. The internet connection was very good and there were usb outlets throughout. Adapters for plugs were even provided!! The quality of the towels and bedding were luxurious and the sofa bed was extremely comfortable.This kind act was appreciated after traveling all night! Sophie even had little personal gifts for us! The location was fabulous, just below the Pantheon and near the Sorbonne and the walk to the Seine and Notre Dame is just 1/4 mile! The Zig Zag Café next door was convenient and there are many, many cafes and shops within walking distance. I could go on and on about how wonderful this sweet gem in Paris was but I will run out of space. This is the BEST VRBO rental I have had over the years. Thank you Sophie and Philippe for your kindness, consideration, and sharing your beautiful flat with us...we WILL be back!!

Great location, great appartment, great host

The cosy, but superbly equipped appartment in a central location (in walking distance to the Pantheon and the Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral) offered a great stay in this beautiful city. Sophie, the owner of the appartment, really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. She is very helpful, generous and efficient in everything she does.
