Das Hotel ansich ist gut, Zimmer432 klein haben größeres und nicht Raucherzimmer gebucht. An der Rezeption machen sie wa sie wollen keine nachfragen. Bei der Dusche lief das Wasser sehr stark herraus man sagte uns wir sollen nach oben gehen und warten es würde jemand kommen keine ist gekommen. Nach 1 1 1/2 Wochen kam ein Brief wir sollen um 17.00 Uhr kommen wegen der Beschwerde die ja keine War sondern ein Hinweis das es so ist. Daher haben wir selber etwas unternommen mit der Servicekraft so das das Bad nicht immer überschwemmt war. Dersweiteren zum Anfang einen Brief bekommen das der Liegeplatz am Strand 55 Euro kostet und bei der Abrechnung wurde dann gesagt das das ein alter Preis sei, und eigentlich 60 pro Tag kostet dann darf man so eine Brief nicht rausgeben. Alle Personen die im Service oder am Starband gearbeitet haben bekommen von 10 Punkte alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Habe sogar Freundschaften geschlossen die bis heute per Nachrichten miteinander kommunizieren.

Sehr grosszügige Anlage. Weitläufig, parkähnlich angelegt. Genug Liegen und Schirme an den Pools und am Strand. Grosse Auswahl an Bars und Restaurants. Besonders die Korallenriffe in Strandnähe sind sogar für Nichtschwimmer Erreichbar! Essen gut und viel Auswahl hat sogar an der Beach Bar ein kleines Frühstückbuffet. Gerne wiedet

Ein Teil des Hotels war umgebaut und der andere nicht. Wir hatten das Pech im alten Teil zu sein. Mühsam war auch, dass wir fast täglich der Rezeption anrufen mussten, damit das Zimmer gereinigt wird und wir anstatt 5 nur 2 Badetücher erhalten haben. Das Bett war bequem und das Essen entspricht einem 4**** Hotel. Besonders positiv war der Stramd und das freundliche Animationsteam.

Lovely Hotel right on the beach

Pros: The only improvement would be warm plates at dinner, on cold plates food was often lukewarm by the time we got back to the table which was a shame as

Rooms spacious and spotless and service excellent. . We never go back to the same place but this was our second stay at this hotel and we will be going back next year.

traumhafter Strand, Ruhe und Erholung

Pros: siehe oben!
Cons: Tipps vom Gärtner: Schneidet den Rasen nicht so kurz sonst ist die Gefahr sehr gross, dass er "verbrennt" und man ihn mit viel Wasser giessen muss.
Location: schwimmen mit Delfinen
wunderbarer Sandstrand! Besonders geeignet für Leute, die Angst haben über einen Steg ins tiefe Wasser zu gelangen. Auch Nichtschwimmer, Kinder und Senioren können unbeschwert die eindrückliche Unterwasserwelt bewundern und das Meerwasser geniessen. Das Essen ist reichhaltig. Wer nichts findet, dem kann man beim besten Willen nicht helfen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit in den Restaurants und Bars absolut einwandfrei. Ich haben nie einen Fleck auf einem Tischtuch gesehen. Auch die Toiletten am Strand sind super gepflegt! Kurz: wer da noch etwas zu meckern hat, der soll zu Hause bleiben. Ich jedenfalls komme wieder!
