The open-concept great room has a spacious living area with a large L-shaped sofa, chaise lounge, stone-clad gas fireplace for the cooler months, and a Smart TV for entertainment. Head up to an open and fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, upscale kitchen amenities, and a sunny dining area

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Perfect sunsets

I have been to Sedona many times, but, this house, by far, exceeds all expectations. It’s location next to Sugarloaf mountain and access to walkable trailheads, convenience to Whole Foods and Safeway and all of West Sedona’s excellent restaurants and its quiet neighborhood location makes it the perfect place to wind down in Sedona. The house is fully appointed. You could spend a week here, a month here or the rest of your life! It’s wonderful. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook any type of meal, and, was absolutely spotless! The master bath was so luxurious with a jetted tub and large walk in shower, it was the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking. Everything was provided at this property, including laundry detergent for the washer/dryer and a garage door opener for the oversized garage, making it convenient to enter and exit the property, which is nestled into a hillside beautiful hillside and therefore has a flight of steps to enter from the garage or front door. The most breathtaking parts of the home include the numerous outdoor sitting areas including a rooftop patio to enjoy the sunset and a quiet dinner as you gaze towards chimney mountain, a shaded lounge chair off the kitchen next to a gas grill, a hammock in the backyard and 2 chairs off the master bedroom to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or evening nightcap. This place is wonderful and I will definitely book again when I return to Sedona!

1 month stay

We stayed for 1 month at this house, it was a very nice and clean home. All of the cooking amenities included. My only caveat is the fireplace doesn’t work well and the water pressure in the kitchen sink and the hot tub is very very very low. It was difficult to wash dishes. A plumber came out to help but he said it was just the house. I was not expecting any miracles but it would have been Nice to hear from the property management company as a follow up.
