This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath town home is a perfect place to stay for family and friends! Located in Princeville on Kauai's North Shore, close to beaches, shopping and everything our beautiful island has to offer. Open and inviting floor plan, large kitchen with granite slab counter tops perfect for creating an evening meal full of amazing memories. Hardwood coconut flooring throughout first floor, brings a taste of the islands. Sleeps up to 8 people with two king beds, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. Vacation in Kauai

When we arrived the A/c did not work and it was extremly hot outside.. then there was missing a bed for someone in our groupe (for who we paid extra).. we tried to call someone but it was only the next day that someone came to make one...

Beautiful condo if a nice, safe neighborhood. Short drive to Hanalei and the surrounding beaches and trails. Plenty of beach toys and equipment for use. Very nice accomodations, clean and comfortable. Close to the golf course and nice area to walk around. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. We did 4 nights on the south island and 3 nights here on the north side and loved being able to see both sides of the island. Highly recommend!!

This was in a perfect location and I plan to visit again. Each room provided beach towels. The garage parking was quite the perk. The garage was filled with all the things you need for the beach including beach chairs, snorkeling gear sunblock, and surfboards. My daughter learned to surf on her own. The built in “rooster alarms” woke us up bright and early so we could beat the crowds. The landscaping and condos were beautifully nestled into the neighborhood. The neighbors were a delight.

The condo needs to be gone through. The air conditioning wasn’t working. The WiFi wasn’t working so the TV wasn’t working. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work. The two lamps in the bedroom were not plugged in and couldn’t be reached. The bathroom louvers are rotted and black. The box in the garage has wires hanging out and is a mess. The screen door is ripped so it does no good to keep it shut. The stove you can’t read any of the numbers so you don’t know how hot your burners are. The outside area is beautiful and pool area is beautiful.

Great location, neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. Was able to sleep with the windows open, fresh air and listen to the rain. Was able to hike/walk to a beach. Local grocery store 5 min away, great playground, pool and hot tub. House was well maintained, beds were comfortable and it was a great fit for my family of 8. Also, there were beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards , snorkeling gear for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked, even had a salad spinner! We would stay again if we return.

The property was larger than I expected. It was clean, the neighborhood is very pleasant. The management let us in early so that was appreciated. There are kids toys, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and other beach supplies in the garage. The air conditioning worked really well. Two minor things worth mentioning. The wifi isn't strong and didn't reach to the bedrooms or the lanai, so if you want to work, it must be done in the downstairs portion of the house. Also, the pool is quite shallow, 4 ft at the deepest portion. Everything else about the property is excellent.

The home was generally clean which is very important for us traveling with a baby and toddler. There were noticeable areas of the home such as the guest bathroom window, downstairs screen door, and missing fire alarms that require replacement due to wear and tear I presume and safety concerns with the missing fire alarms. The home's central air condition was not working during our stay; however, the management team included window units that kept certain areas of the home cool but unfortunately the units were very loud. The home was stocked with all the amenities for our family to enjoy our time at the beach which was nice. It did rain the first day we arrived so having access to a garage to park in was great to unload our groceries and luggage into the home, we rarely used the front door access. Overall, our stay was okay but we would reconsider booking again due to the central air condition not working.

Beautiful home

We were disappointed the AC wasn't working, but know they did their best to help with window units. The garage parking was tight for 2 vehicles and we hoped for a guest parking pass but we weren't given one. It all worked out though. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, would absolutely stay here again.
