Charming artist’s studio in Le Marais

In the heart of Paris you are in a pedestrian area, perfectly located: next to Centre Pompidou museum, and Notre Dame Cathedrale . It is Le Marais quarter a very famous and trendy area . We are one street from the river, 100's of restaurants, shops surround you. The metro chatelet is 4 minutes walk direct to all railway-stations, airports and EuroDisney. . The metro Hotel de Ville is at the corner
We are 10 minutes walk from les Halles shopping center or 15 minutes from le Louvré fondation Pinault . We are in the heart of Paris.
Our artist condo has just been remodeled, It is fully equiped.

Our apartment has just been remodeled. It has a modern living-room with an open kitchen decorated with a lot of antic trinquets a nice bed room with a high floral fresco , an elegant black marble bathroom with a very big shower and two sinks with incredible celling at more than 4 meters high .
You will have all the comfort, you want: cable TV in the living room, wifi, plug to charge your iPhone, bar where you can sit for lunch or put your computer to work, a new fully equipped kitchen with all appliances: expresso machine, toaster, microwave, fridge, rice cooker, design tableware, washing machine and dryer ... a hair dryer in the bathroom. Of course we put some amenities such as coffee, tea, water, a few sweets, shampoo, shower gel, soap and slippers...

For your safety we install an air purifier in the apartment , that will renew the air in between two visitors , so that Your health will not be affected by PM2.5, bacteria, viruses and pollen suspended in the air, harmful furniture
gases such as formaldehyde, and substances hidden in blankets and sofas including hair and dust. 99.99% high-efficiency removal of bacteria and viruses

About the situation of our apartment: We are located downstair in an old building. You must know in the flour of the entrance of the building are they are 4 stairs, nothing terrible but has to be mentioned.
A perfect place for a holiday or a professional trip in a very design artist loft.. You will be in the historical and trendy center of the city .
