It was spacious. and comfortable. I would stay there again. I did not give it 5 stars because it wasn't adequately maintained. There were a significant amount of weeds growing through the pool side pavers. I suggest potential renters read the fine print. The heat for the pool and the outdoor grill is an additional cost.
The home looked very different to how it was listed on website. Several walls had some damage to it, most of the upstairs closet doors were broken, the bunk bed was also broken and had a loose frame. The ice maker did not dispense ice. The king size bed downstairs was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on since it was worn out. The pool was a bit dirty and some areas had sharp edges where my children got scraped. The garage had 2 broken bed frames and there were dirty foul smelling pillows in a storage drawer by the laundry room. The home looked nothing like the picture on the inside and I was quite frankly disappointed with my stay here.
The location was beautiful and peaceful, the resort was amazing. I did have a couple of issues with the house Iâm which I stayed, I was instructed to wash all towels only to realize the washer had no power to it and kept cutting off, the WiFi service went out and had bad service while there. I did call to report the things I noticed that were damaged but no one got back with me. I can say I love the space of the home, as I notice the items that should have been there were not such as kitchen utensils. I had to go purchase pots and pans to use while on vacation.
I wouldâve enjoyed my stay at this property a lot more if there was phone service. There was absolutely no service in this community. The walls were dirty inside the house, needs painting badly. Floors & carpet were not clean. The carpet had a bad odor & stains in certain areas. Also, there was hardly any cookware for my family to cook.
We arrived Friday October 9th check in date , but to our surprise our names werenât added to the gate security list so we were not able to access the property until our names were added to the gate list.
We tried calling property management and were not able to communicate with them , so i wrote several emails and we still got no response we also called the emergency line that is on the website but no o e responded.
I arrived to the property at 7:45 pm Friday October 9th but it wasnât until Saturday 10th at 12:12 am that I got a response from sweet home vacation (Larry Chu ) telling me that our names were added to the list. I had 17 people on my reservation 5 families with children and teenagers all waiting outside the gate for 5 hours to be able to access the property. !!! This is unacceptable
I am kindly asking to get our money back for the first night of our reservation and also the $that the property management charged me for the BBQ grill.

The places looked just like the pictures. The home was very spacious and clean but i did see roaches in the bedroom the first night. I didnât see any for the rest of the stay. Other than that i would stay again.
