We arrived 6/23 late check in. The grass was very high but they did come the next day to mow. The exterior front had peeling paint. This house compared to the rest of the home on the block looked dull and outdated. Fresh paint would make it more eye appealing. The pool area lounge chases were unusable with mildew. The walls by the pool had mildew. Someone left a hamper next to the pool filled with water and algae. Inside could use some fresh paint, nails holes and scratches. The furniture is very outdated. Loveseat has a minor rip in the middle. Master bedroom by the pool, dresser not usable. Drawers are flimsy and would not stay on track. All bedrooms could use updated furniture. Sorry for being picky but per information itâs says that property is looked at prior to new tenants. I based my trip on looks and reviews. We were very happy that location to all Disney attractions were within 4 miles.
Loyalty Vacation Homes were awesome! From leaving a personalized birthday card for my sister-in-law, to calling & ensuring our trip was going smoothly. The home was great. It is located just a short 10 min from Disney & literally a few minutes from grocery & restaurants. The home itself, had enough starter items to get you through a few days. The only thing I would suggest adding would be more baking utensils/dishes. Overall, the home was great & well equipped. Would definitely stay again!
Staying at Simba's Lake House was a great decision my wife and i made! The place was pet friendly and close to lots of attractions! After visiting Disney and Universal, we had fun in the pool and opened a bottle of wine to enjoy the calm sunsets on the lanai. Great place to stay in Florida!
First of all the villa was in a fantastic location, it was just a 2 minute drive from the 192, plenty of restaurants to choose from and a supermarket right on your doorstep. It was so quiet and peaceful there, we didnt have any problems with noise at all. It took about roughly 10 mins to get to Disney using the Sherberth Road entrance, so easy and you come out right by Animal Kingdom Lodge. The house was clean and tidy, the beds in the two large rooms were so comfortable, cant comment on the kids rooms as didnt sleep in them! We had everything in the house that we needed, plenty of cups, glasses, plates, towels, 2 hairdryers plus a lot more. The patio doors were securely locked and the house is alarmed so we always felt safe and secure. I only have a few negative points, some of the furniture could do with updating, one of the sofas has patches of the brown leather coming off all over the place and some of the cabinets were broken. The pool could do with a bit of a clean, it was a bit dirty and had a few strange brown marks on the bottom and there is a HUGE cockroach living in the games room, we went in on our second night to play pool and there it was! It was way too fast to catch so unfortunately our daughter refused to go back in there for the rest of our stay!
