Summary:
Conveniently situated within steps of historic downtown, you are in the heart of all the action that Breckenridge has to offer. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is perfect for families or small group of friends looking for endless ski and mountain adventures. All of the shops, bars, restaurants, and lifts are within walking distance. Access to the gondola is easy with the Breck free ride bus that will also connect you to other entertainment options along the way.
The Space:
The Timbernest condo, located on the third floor loft, has beautiful views of Peak 9. With a comfortable layout that sleeps 8 people, you are sure to love the peaceful retreat this condo has to offer. As you walk in the door, you will see the hallway and the stairs to the second floor. The living room, kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom, and access to the outdoor deck are all located on the main floor.
The first bedroom features a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, a futon couch, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The living room has comfortable furniture with a flat screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace for your family to enjoy. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. The dining table includes seating for 4 people with the addition of 4 stools in the kitchen bar.
The deck has seating for two people, where you can hear the tranquil sounds of nature.
The top floor has the second bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. There is also an additional bunk bed in the common space area, right outside the second bedroom.
The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex.
A free parking space is provided on premises.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this condo does not have A/C.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, along with one free parking space, the shared pool & hot tub located in the Columbine pool complex and shared laundry facilities on-site.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is located steps from downtown Breckenridge where you will have access to art, music, theater, museums, food, and shopping options. The Breck free ride bus will take you to the Gondola with other stops along the way. This location is a perfect walk to Main Street and the Quicksilver lift at Maggie's pond.
Getting Around:
The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with Mill Run bus stop on the Grey Route only a 3 minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, the condo is located on the third floor, with no elevator access. An additional parking space is available on a first come, first served basis (parking pass required).
The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasnât snowed in a few days.
