In the mountains of Andratx you can find this beautiful villa with pool, especially for 6 guests who are looking for tranquility. Here you can start your day with a refreshing swim in the private chlorine pool which has a size of 10m x 5m and a depth ranging between 0.8m and 2.5m. After swimming, you can relax in one of the eight sunbeds under the Mediterranean sun. In front of the house you can find a large terrace with many places to enjoy your stay; perhaps with a nice barbecue outside. Please, note that you will share the access path to the house. There are more houses within the same property located at the front and the rear of the house, so privacy is not total.
When you enter in the cozy living room, it will invite you to stay. Here, you can watch a movie on satellite television, read a book next to the wood stove or have a nice meal with the family. The wide Mallorcan kitchen has all utensils to prepare your favorite dishes, including a kitchen who has vitro ceramic. The laundryroom has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with a shower.
It is perfect for six guests, this house has two bedrooms with double bed and one with a bunk bed on the first floor. You will find a bathroom with shower on this floor aswell. If you are traveling with a baby, we can prepare a crib and a highchair for you. This house is perfect for your summerholiday because there are three fans at your disposal and aswell for your winterholiday because the house has central heating.
Andratx is a Majorcan village which is situated in the west of Mallorca and gives access to the beautiful Sierra de Tramuntana. Because of the situation, is it a beautiful place for biking or walking. The CamĂ des Mail is a path that runs beside the sea, passing the villages Estellencs and Banyalbufar. Both villages are very romantic and if you make a walk through the alleys you can reach the sea and swim surrounded by the mountains. In Andratx you will find a supermarket, a petrol station, some cafes and good restaurants.
The Port of Andratx is luxurious, you will find colourful boats of fishmongers next to huge yachts, creating an attractive contrast. Here are some high quality restaurants and some luxury shops. The next sandy beach is Camp de Mar and has fine sand. In the surroundings you can visit aswell the beaches of Santa Ponsa, Cala Fornells, Peguera and Portals Nous.
The plot is not fenced and the access road is shared with the neighbours.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55âŹ/night and guest during the low season and 2.2âŹ/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

Das Haus ist sehr gut in Schuss, der Pool schön und unglaublich tief. Einzige Schwierigkeit ist es die richtige Einfahrt zu finden. Wer auf engen Wegen nicht sicher mit dem Auto ist, sollte diesmal nicht auf die Vollkaskoversicherung verzichten; dickes Auto sollte man auf keinen Fall haben.
Haus und Pool sind sehr schön und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist etwas zusammengewĂŒrfelt, aber man kommt zurecht. Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan, man hat aber wenig Kontakt, nur der Hund schaut ab und zu vorbei.
We had a wonderful time in this villa. The views were amazing and the location was great. The pool was beautiful and great for an afternoon dip.
We would recommend staying here and would love to go back sometime in the near future.
Die Finca bietet von der Veranda einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Allerdings ist die Zufahrt zur Finca abenteuerlich ĂŒber eine einspurige BergstraĂe mit vielen Kehren und gerade bei Regen und Dunkelheit nur fĂŒr geĂŒbte Fahrer möglich. Dies sollte unbedingt in der Ausschreibung erwĂ€hnt werden! Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundllich und hilfsbereit. Die Vermieterin spricht ein wenig Deutsch. Die Finca selbst war in Ordnung, etwas abgewohnt. Im oberen Bad lieĂ sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, so war die Duschwanne in den Fugen leicht angeschimmelt. Auch im KĂŒchenbereich mĂŒsste dringend etwas gegen die Feuchtigkeit unternommen werden. An der Waschbeckenwand in der KĂŒche fand sich Schimmel, die Schubladen und SchrĂ€nke rochen stark nach Feuchtigkeit. Auch die Schubladen, besonders im Kinderzimmer, gaben beim Ăffnen einen starken Geruch ab. Wir hatten eine Woche mit heftigem Regen und KĂ€lte erwischt- zugegebenermaĂen sehr ungewöhnlich im Oktober. DafĂŒr reichte die BettwĂ€sche nicht aus (Laken und einige Wolldecken). Hier muss dringend "nachgerĂŒstet" werden. Gut, dass es gegen Zuzahlung eine Heizung gab. Bei Sonnenschein sind Veranda und Pool und die zentrale Lage zum Einkaufen, Baden und Wandern sicherlich ein guter Grund, dieses Ferienhaus zu buchen.
