This newly renovated home with charm has been a dream come true for our family. Steps from everything you could ever need but beautiful enough for you to escape from the world if you need to.

BRAND NEW kitchen appliances including induction cooktop and stove. Brand new fridge, dishwasher and microwave. All the cookware and kitchen tools you will ever need including a crock pot, blender, Kitchenaid Mixer, immersion blender, pots, pans, bakeware, cookie sheets, etc. Coffee bean grinder, french press, coffee maker, nespresso machine (pods included!), milk frother, electric kettle, grill tools and outdoor plates and flatware. Amazon alexa located in the kitchen.
Dining Room
Expandable table that seats up to 10. Banquette with serve ware, stocked with glasses to enjoy cocktails and wine.
Living Room
Couch, swivel chairs, and other seating options, FRAME tv (cable included), record player, loads of board games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment. Enjoy a bin of toys for the kids as well!
Half Bath located on first floor
Bedroom #1 with ensuite bath
Queen bed with Nectar mattress and mid-century modern designed bed and side tables. Filled with beautiful light and a full closet so you can unpack and relax with ease. Beautiful accent chair to enjoy your book or a latte made fresh from the kitchen. Courant chargers and additional power outlets for all your electronics. Ensuite bathroom includes a beautiful shower with a glass door, all the bathroom supplies you will need to feel right at home including a fresh citrus shower spray to brighten your experience. A steamer (to get those wrinkles out!), hair dryer, and makeup removing towels are included along with extra supplies just in case your left something at home. Makeup removing towels and other items are available for your convenience.
Bedroom #2
The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a Full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. A closet and dresser to make your stay feel like home. Courant chargers and additional outlets are available throughout the room along with some children's books to make bedtime more fun for the kids.
Bedroom #3/Office
This bedroom has a full desk, monitor, and the supplies you may need if you have a remote work day. Additionally, it has a Crate & Barrel pull out twin couch that is brand new! The closet has enough space for you to hang your items. It also has a yoga mat, yoga blocks and adjustable weights should you have the desire to get a workout in. Amazon alexa located in the office/bedroom.
Full Bath #2
The second full bath in the upstairs hallway includes a bathtub/shower combination and all the supplies you will need to stay fresh!
Laundry Room
There is a washer and dryer in the basement. CAVEAT: The basement ceiling is low (this is an older home) so doing laundry must be done with careful steps to ensure your safety and the safety of other guests.
Outdoor spaces
There is a fenced in backyard right behind the home that includes a brand new grill, fire pit, and patio for your enjoyment. Exclusive parking is available right behind the fence with a convenient walkway through the backyard leading you to the back door. Beyond the fence and the parking spot, there is a peaceful creek where you will find adult size and kids size picnic tables for you to enjoy an outdoor meal or just relax.
Remote access will be available on your mobile device (both front and back doors) and via keypad on the front door.
