Welcome to our newly renovated 3 BR, 2 Bath space, located in downtown Westfield! You'll be a 30 second walk to all the quaint shops, restaurants, and bars this charming, historical village has to offer. Enjoy an afternoon wine tasting, or head to Barcelona Beach and Marina, just minutes away on Lake Erie, for fishing, collecting beach glass, or just to relax! Also, just 10 miles from the world renowned Chautauqua Institution and 35 minutes to the Lucille Ball National Comedy Center in Jamestown, NY. The vibrant, open concept kitchen and living room are stocked and equipped with all the necessities including a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a coffee & tea bar. 1 Bedroom on the first floor with attached bathroom, and 2 additional bedrooms/ bathroom on the upper level. TV and Wifi, (outdoor grill, firepit, and firewood during spring and summer months). All Linens provided as well as hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and washer/dryer access on the first level. Plus lots of little extras to make your stay enjoyable. If you're traveling as a family and need a high- chair or pack and play, please just ask! :-) Off street parking available with plenty of room for a boat/ trailer.
This home is perfect for a family, couples get-a-way, summer/winter sports enthusiasts, or a wine tasting weekend with friends! Recommended for 6 guests MAX. Experience the best of Chautauqua County and enjoy your get-a-way!

*Please note: We are also adjacent to a 150 yr old firehouse that has a "horn" to alert the 100% volunteer fire dept. to an emergency (and therefore, also all of Westfield.) The locals are immune to it, but it can be very startling especially if it happens to sound sometime during the night. Most evenings are pretty quiet in Westfield, but there is always a possibility you could encounter it at some point during your stay!

This house is adorable, cozy, & very comfortable! We loved staying here. Lots of little touches that make it just like home! Very close to the wine trail, especially Johnson estate winery! Great communication with our host! The house is very clean and the beds are very comfy too! Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to be back next summer!

Fishing Trip

Check-in was a breeze and she was fantastic with communication. Typically we get a hotel about 30 minutes away from the docks and have to get two rooms which is super expensive and we don't get to spend a lot of time together as we're in separate rooms this was a fantastic switch and hoping it's available next year.

Stayed 3 nights with my wife and 17 year old son. Very clean and newly remodeled. Location was cool as it’s right downtown Westfield so shops, restaurants, parks, etc were all within a couple minute walk. Cute back yard with seating and a fire pit. Great Italian restaurant literally next door. Great communication. They alerted us of the local fire station and the “moose call alarm”. It didn’t bother us. In fact, gave us funny memories. The book selection they have in each room is a unique touch. Enjoyed the wine, the binder loaded with great info about the community. We took advantage of the beaches and wineries nearby. Will stay here again next time we visit!

This is a gem!

This property is a gem!There were very few options to rent in the area but when I saw this on the VRBO site, it was an easy decision!The pictures were accurate.The rooms were well appointed, all rooms were clean and modern.The area is very accessible to restaurants, walkable and an easy stroll to Main street.I would stay in this house again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great Stay

Very cute & well maintained ! We loved the comfy feel of this home. All the details & decor were beautiful with many extra’s! Awesome coffee/tea bar, well stocked kitchen and a bottle of wine that we enjoyed! Excellent communication with owner. This was also a great area close to the town w/ restaurants,etc. within walking distance.

Quaint and clean home in the heart of Westfield

Walking distance to shops and restaurants that made the perfect place to relax and unwind after days out filled with family and friends in the Chautauqua area. Will definitely look to book again next time we’re in town!

Adorable!!!

Stayed here for a girls/shopping trip. It was our home away from home for 4 nights. Renovations are very nicely done. Immaculate and cozy. Great communication with the host. Fire House sirens sounded one night, but that is part of the experience. Great central location for traveling to countless different towns in New York, PA and Canada. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay at the Cozy Colonial in Westfield NY!

Girls Trip

We were looking for a place to stay for 2 of our friends who are turning 50 in August. There were 6 of us all together. I found this house on VRBO, The moment we pulled up to the house, we knew it was the right choice for us!! It had everything you could possibly need! The place was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops and dining, making it convenient to explore the local area. One of the highlights was the fire pit, which provided a great spot for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It exceeded my expectations in every way!

Beautiful home away from home!

Beautiful home with so many lovely touches from snacks in the kitchen to decorations of stacked classic books on the dressers. The home was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We were attending our daughter's dance performance at The Chautauqua Institute and it was only a 15 minute drive. Loved the proximity to Main Street in Westfield. We walked a block to Full Strength Coffee Co. for a yummy breakfast. We will definitely stay again when in the area! Also, Denise was very quick to respond when I had a question before check-in.

Charming stay in Westfield

Lovely home in the heart of Westfield. Can enjoy the many shops, grab breakfast, lunch, dinner and a treat all within walking distance. Owners have provided anything you could want in a home away from home. Beautifully decorated and welcoming. Owners were great, provided outstanding communication to ensure a great stay. Overall, we would hope to stay here again in the future if we in the area.

Winery tasting weekend

Convenient location to the wineries. Next to town which made it nice for shopping and eating out. The house was very clean and welcoming. We had a very quiet and relaxing weekend. The host was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Very friendly. Definitly would recommend.

Beautiful property and close to lots of beaches

Everything in this property is well thought out. It’s beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The host provides a notebook of instructions, tips, and recommended local attractions/restaurants/wineries which was really helpful. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and there are loads of excellent books and games to keep you busy during downtime. (Don’t miss the grown up Frog and Toad book in the living room - we read it aloud in the evenings and laughed and laughed!) The host reached out every day to make sure we didn’t need anything. Even though it was April, we visited three local beaches to hunt for beach glass (and found lots), and all three were less than 25 minutes away. The Italian restaurant next door to the property has amazing lasagna. The only drawback of the property is that it’s across the street from the town’s volunteer fire department, and their moose-like siren went off in the middle of the night both nights we were there. It was minor for us but just something to be aware of. (The host did warn me ahead of time that it could happen.) Overall, this place was so great that my teens were looking for an excuse to come back. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING HOME

This immaculate home is a delight!!Steps away from the best coffee shop as well as all of downtown . The attention to details in the renovation is wonderful. All the beds are super comfortable
sitting area in the living room is perfect. Everything needed is supplied. And that fire horn

only sounded once! Cannot wait for my next visit there!
