SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT: Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Walton, NY. Proximity to local shops, restaurants, and the famous Delaware County Fair! Enjoy a comfy queen bed, full kitchen, full bathroom and writing desk. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to explore the Catskills or enjoy small-town charm. Unwind after a day at the fair or hiking nearby trails. Please note, this stay is on the second floor of a commercial building.
150 Delaware Street is a commercial building centrally located in downtown Walton, New York. The first floor of the building has a mix of professional and retail space.
The 2nd floor of the building has been renovated recently and is ready for guests!
Enter the glass door on the side of the building, on Townsend Street.
Sharp left, through the original wood door, and up one flight of stairs, the Efficiency is located on the right through another glass door.
We created this space for guests to have access to all the awesome things that downtown Walton has to offer including antique shops, thrift stores, cafes and restaurants.
We hope you enjoy your stay and if there is anything you need to be more comfortable please don`t hesitate to ask! We live just 30 minutes away.
Please send us a message for details. A lockbox is located on the building and the code will be shared upon booking.
Guests have access to the 2nd floor Efficiency unit only. Under no circumstances should guests enter other parts of the building, especially the first floor professional suites. (Those doors are locked anyway).
We will not greet you unless you request to meet us in person. We live 30 minutes away in a neighboring town.
Our phones are off from approximately 8pm through 8am. If there is an actual emergency, please contact 911.
However, during our available times, message us anytime as this is a new accommodation and we would like to make your stay comfortable.
No smoking and/or vaping indoors
If smoking outside of the building, please throw away butts
