Apartment/flat for rent in Walenstadt
A modern furnished apartment, perfectly equipped kitchen and ideal for relaxing awaits you.
Walenstadt and the region offer you many possibilities. The lake and mountains are ideal for various activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, jogging, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, etc.
Winter: I provide my guests with a 2-seater wooden sled, original Schwyzer craftsmanship, free of charge.
Spring to fall, ideal for bikers whether lowland or mountain.
The bedroom has a 180 x 210 cm double bed and a freestanding bathtub with beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains.
The rainforest shower with LED lighting and the modernly furnished bathroom is an oasis of well-being.
Light, heating, blinds and skylights can be controlled using a tablet.
For longer stays (more than 5 days) in the apartment, there are discounts and it depends on me.

The apartment is fantastically located, so you can make beautiful trips on foot, by public transport or by car.
Chris' apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils to cook a healthy home-made meal. The apartment is spacious and the views of the big old trees on the property and the mountains in the back are just gorgeous. And you can't beat the luxurious bathtub in the beautifully designed sleeping room, a truly relaxing experience where again Chris provides with all you need: bath salts, candles ...
Access to the apartment or "check-in" is done with detailed instructions to the apartment that I send a few days before arrival.
For reasons of discretion, the code is only in the instructions.
Self-check-in and self-check-out are possible using the key box.
Other things to note
Solar power:
I participated in the Zuestoll solar community and get 2680 KW of electricity per year from the solar system. By staying in the apartment, you are participating in sustainability.
Final cleaning:
If the kitchen is tidied up and leaving the apartment 'swept clean', following the instructions in the guide, we both have no problem.
Otherwise, the Mami clean-up service will be charged after check-out.
Taxis:
According to the tourist tax regulations, each person must pay CHF 3.40 per night. This tax is charged per guest and is included in bookings from July 2025. The tax will be charged for bookings made before July 2025.
We clean and disinfect the apartment very carefully after each guest, no matter how many nights guests were in the apartment. It takes about 3-4 hours.
Charging station for electric cars:
It has a 22 kW charging station and per kWh it costs 33 racks.
