Frustrating, exhausting, no communication
Unfortunately our stay was horrific. We chose the hotel based on the free shuttle, breakfast and proximity to the airport as we were just staying for a short overnight between flights No shuttle picked us up, no one answered the hotel phone, the reservationist could not contact them either. We waited for almost 2 hours on the promise that the shuttle was coming and spent most of that time on hold. At this very frustrating time we were transferred to someone talking to us about gettig more points for another stay instead of our challenge being taken care of. We ended up having to call for a late night Uber to get to the hotel as we stopped getting calls back from the reservationist as well. I called to talk with customer service that night and they finally told me I had to call back they could not help. Over the course of the following week I continued to call during the specific time that was requested but each time I was told to call back again at another time as again the manager was not available. Then they gave me an e-mail address for the manager I sent an e-mail and a follow up and never heard back at all. I waited to see if there was some discussion orremedy they would provide before writing this review but despite our best efforts to reach out we were snubbed at every turn. We were left exhausted, frustrated and out the cost of the Uber as well. We have never had to complain about a hotel experience but feel compelled to share this for others, poor communication
