This property is centrally located in the downtown troy where everything is 5-star restaurants like Dinosaur BBQ and so much more only 45 minutes to Lake George. 15 minutes to Saratoga. We do offer free parking and plenty of space for your guests.

My family of four stayed in the Romantic Villa in Troy during a weekend-long swim meet held at RPI. The home was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable and gave us plenty of space to prepare meals, relax and enjoy some time together. We appreciated the spaciousness, the off-street-parking, decor, and proximity to the campus as well as our accommodating and responsive hosts. We would love another stay if we are ever visiting the area again in the future!!

A nice long weekend visit

Baseball Tournament

The property is very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated/furnished and most importantly felt like “home”! My kids commented on how well they slept and how it felt like they weren’t even in another state for a baseball tournament. They both played extremely well and I know it is LARGELY in part to choosing this beautiful VRBO vs staying at a hotel with their teammates. I was able to pack a cooler of groceries and cook/prepare food for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Maintaining their usual routine for four days vs forcing them to adapt to being in a hotel/eating out...priceless! I personally noticed, I wasn’t completely stressed out. The space has plenty of room for everyone to have privacy and quiet! So when mom’s happy, kid’s are happy (and not stressed out play well!) Extra bonus was being able to wash their uniforms DAILY!!! Numerous moms relayed horror stories of how awful the ENTIRE hotel smelled by the second day of the tournament!!! I also heard of how they were trying to soak uniforms in the hotel bathroom’s sinks! 🤢 It was worth every single penny in my opinion
 actually, we saved a ton- in comparison to the families at the hotels because we didn’t have to/chose not to eat any of our meals out! We would love to stay here again if another tournament presents itself!

This is the second time my son has rented this property for a visit to Troy from Arizona. The home is beautiful, clean and perfect for his stay with his wife and children. He is hoping it will be available for future visits.

2nd Stay

We stayed in this Troy home last year and decided to stay here again while visiting this year. The house is easy to locate, spacious, well appointed, and CLEAN. We’ve rented many homes and the level of cleanliness here is top notch. My family of four is able to both spend time together and spread out into our own spaces. The back patio is well maintained and attractive if you have time to use it. The owner is very responsive and happy to address any concerns.The one thing working against this property (not the fault of the owner) is the proximity of the neighboring houses and heavily populated area. We roll with the punches, but some would be irritated by the occasional barking dog, screaming child, or the smell of MJ smoke wafting through the open windows.My daughter left a beloved stuffy behind and the owner graciously mailed it back to us free of charge, which I’m grateful for.

Second Stay

This was our second stay at this home. It is extremely clean and everything in the listing is accurate. Communication with the host is super easy. The owner made sure the walkway was clear when it snowed, which was very nice. Will book again!

Hidden Gem of Troy

Very clean and great accommodations for our Girls' trip to Troy! We were in town to celebrate a special occasion for my youngest daughter. The home is within walking distance of amenities listed on Vrbo! We were able to easily drive from the house to the venue in Albany. Overall everyone had a rather enjoyable time and would highly recommend this listing- we’d even think about staying here the next time we’re in town!

Five Stars

One of, if not the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in! House, furnishings, appliances, and bedding were absolutely immaculate. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and claim their own space, and plenty of room for everyone to congregate and hang out together. Three bathrooms a plus! Real plants and fresh flowers everywhere were a nice touch, and the backyard area was surprisingly beautiful. Master bed was too firm for us, but that’s a matter of taste. Will definitely look to rebook when we’re in the area!

The place was beautifully decorated and clean. It was well equipped; we lacked for nothing. The owners were very responsive when the wifi connection temporarily/briefly went out. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this place to any and all.
