Staying at this hotel made me regret my choice of another Tokyo hotel earlier in my trip.. I wish I'd stayed here the whole time. It is seconds from Ryogoku station which made it simple to take my bags straight from the station to the hotel- in other places I'd been walking aimlessly around because the directions I'd printed out were no good. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke both Japanese and English, and I even was able to check in earlier than I was supposed to as the cleaners had already finished with my room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and provided many amenities. This may not be everyone's experience though, as I'm only 5'2", so it could be an issue for taller people. There was a safety deposit box in the room to store any belongings which was very useful. The area the hotel is in is close by to the station so the streets either side of it were packed with convenience stores and restaurants, so if you're exhausted from your flight you can pick a place close by - many of them allow you to order by touch pad or by paying at a ticket machine before taking your seat, if you aren't confident with speaking Japanese. I only stayed a few nights unfortunately but this was my favourite hotel of a 2 week trip which took me out to Kansai and back to Tokyo. Definitely a pleasant stay and helpful to stay in if you have a bad sense of direction like me.
