Host was unresponsive to both my and official VRBO support attempts to make a simple one day adjustment to the reservation. Host REFUSED to make adjustments after they finally contacted me, stating it was âtoo late to change per policyâ, even though it had been well over a month of attempts to make the change, which would have been within âpolicyâ, but their support was just non-existent until it was âtoo lateâ.The âNewly builtâ description is a joke. That place is complete trash for a ânewâ building. Floors and walls had water and cigarette burn/damage everywhere. EVERY surface above eye level was coated in dust. None of the âclothes hanging wiresâ functioned properly.Thick layers of dust existed under the beds and behind the doors. Laundry machines blew dust everywhere.A significant amount of light bulbs were burnt out (incandescent ones). None of the USB lamps provided in the bedrooms worked. The nightstands in the bedrooms were falling apart and wonky.The two bedrooms with two beds in them each were completely unusable! No room to move or store items. The beds were so old and used that they were concave and you could feel every metal spring poking into your body.The kitchen was mostly taken up by a massive storage cabinet that was full of futons and extra un-needed garbage. The microwave was old, dirty and rusty, and the platter wasnât even the right size (too big and didnât rotate like it should have). The freezer was filled with a solid brick of frostâŠ
