Les points forts : PropretĂ©, personnel et service, Ă©quipements et infrastructures et conditions de lâhĂ©bergement
Overall, it was a really comfortable and easy stay. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood near Asakusa, but still within walking distance of Sensoâji and local spots. One super convenient detail is that thereâs a small FamilyMart convenience store about 25 meters away, which stocks pretty much all essentials and amenities, so grabbing anything you need is effortless.
The room itself was clean, cozy, and well designed, and having a small kitchenette made things even easier, especially for a longer stay.
The host, Tetsuro, was friendly and easy to communicate with; he speaks fluent English, which is hugely helpful. He also provides free 24âhour access to laundry facilities, which was a big plus and made packing lighter. Tetsuro also offers complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee - the tap water is perfectly potable though and we drank both bottled as well as tap water.
One thing to be aware of is that thereâs no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs is something to keep in mind, and staying here with very young children may prove to be challenging. It wasnât a big issue at all for our family. Both the main beds and the stow-away trundle beds were firm, yet comfortable.
All in all, Hotel Little Bird felt like a lowâstress, wellâlocated place to stay, and Iâd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed base in Tokyo.
