The property can accommodate up to 9 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. It features 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a cozy living room, a separate dining area, an office space and a fully equipped kitchen.The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, providing added privacy and comfort. The remaining four bedrooms are furnished with single beds, and the property is completed by two additional bathrooms with showers.

Outdoors, the villa boasts over 200 m² of terraces, a beautifully maintained garden with typical Canary Island vegetation, a private swimming pool, a sunbathing area with loungers, a sunshade and several spaces designed for relaxing, sharing meals or simply enjoying the surroundings and the views of the sea and Teide. All of this is set in a serene environment that invites rest and complete disconnection.

Among its amenities are Fiber WiFi 600mbs connection, TV, a dedicated workspace and year-round climate comfort, with ceiling fans in almost all bedrooms (one equipped with a standing fan) and electric heaters throughout the house. The villa also features a private pool, terrace, and spacious outdoor areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, citrus juicer, blender, toaster, sandwich maker and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property also includes a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen and bath towels. For families traveling with babies, a travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

The property includes gardener and pool maintenance service twice a week, carried out discreetly and with full respect for guests’ privacy. In addition, there is parking for multiple vehicles within the property, outdoors, including three covered parking spaces with a lightweight canopy structure.

The outdoor areas, including the pool, are shared with another home, in a quiet and well-kept environment.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
