Located just 3 kilometres north of Sydney's CBD, this prime location provides easy access to the city's bustling business district while maintaining a peaceful residential atmosphere .
The neighbourhood boasts excellent transport links, with North Sydney Railway Station a short stroll away, ensuring seamless connectivity to the rest of Sydney . For those who prefer a scenic route, the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge is within walking distance, offering breathtaking views and a direct path to the city centre.

HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No parties or events
*Pets are not allowed
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyoneâs security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SIX people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
* The second bedroom has 2 single beds and should you need it to be converted into one king bed, please let us know upon booking so we can set this up for you!
* There is 1 parking spot with this apartment.
*The apartment is the on the lower level of the main house with a separate entrance. There will be no access to the main house.
*The home has a ducted aircon system, but does not reach the bedrooms. There is a portable fan and heater in the bedroom.
*There are 16 steps from street level down to the entrance of the apartment and 4 steps inside to the bedroom.
*The fireplace in the second bedroom is for display only and not to be used.
* Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!
