The studio is attached to the back of our main property, and is accessible through a side path by the house.
Additionally, it's important to note that accessing the studio requires climbing a flight of stairs, as it is situated at an elevated level and the side path leading to the studio is relatively narrow. Your comfort and safety are our priorities, so please take this into consideration when planning your visit.

Our studio has free street parking and is located in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, 10.4km from North Curl Curl beach, 13.4km from the City (Wynyard station) and 14.4 km from the Opera House. It features a patio, garden views and free WiFi throughout the property.
This air-conditioned guesthouse is equipped with 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with a fridge and a stovetop. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The nearest airport is Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport, 25 km away.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm

In the event of a cancellation by a guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any applicable credit card processing fees.
