The apartment is in a peaceful, quiet location, with Beare Park right next to the apartment building for you to enjoy a picnic on the harbourâs edge. The Lookout cafĂ© is a minuteâs stroll away, with countless eateries to suit any budget also nearby. A Woolworths Metro supermarket is less than 10 minutesâ walk from the apartment. Nearby Rushcutters Bay Park is home to tennis courts and the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, where the world-renowned Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race starts. The high-end eateries on the Finger Wharf in Woolloomooloo and St Vincents Hospital are both under 20 minutes away on foot.

As there is no offstreet parking attached to this particular property we have arranged passes through the council where you can park on the street within the permit zone identified on passes by scratching out the date on the supplied parking vouchers. These will need to be displayed clearly on the dashboard of your vehicle once you have found a parking space on the street nearby the property. If you are using for multiple passes, you will need to collect the amount of passes for each day you need parking. If you prefer public transport, Kings Cross station is a 10 minute walk away, where you can catch train services into the CBD and western suburbs in one direction, or to Bondi Junction in the other, one of Sydneyâs major shopping hubs. Nearby bus services will also take you into the CBD and Circular Quay for the Sydney Opera House and ferry services.
