- No Air Conditioning downstairs, however a gentle breeze throughout the house keeps everywhere cool.
- Please note that Large SUV with rooftop accessories will not fit in the garage.
- Very Important Parking Building By-Law : The property includes one allocated garage space. If your vehicle does not fit inside the garage, it must be parked on the street. Visitorsâ parking is strictly prohibited for L'Abode guests under any circumstances (including overnight use). The building actively monitors this. Unauthorised use of visitorsâ parking will result in a financial penalty in line with our booking terms and any strata fines incurred will be passed on to the guest. If you are travelling with a larger vehicle (e.g. 4WD, SUV, Landcruiser, van, etc.), please confirm the vehicle type with us prior to arrival so we can advise accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in respecting the building and its residents.
