GOOD-host is highly responsive, nice marina view, and can get to Botanical Gardens or Potts Point in 10-15 mins by foot.LACKING- 1. easy, clear instructions within the booking platform app. Host used a 3rd party link that never worked for us so accessing the unit entry took us 1 1/2 hrs to find the keys. This was overly complicated.2. Amenities were basic and missed some things like a coffee pot. Unit needs some upkeep maintenence.3. The unit is in a hotel with restaurants and bars, plus a loud bar across the street, there is some noise.4. Not the most convienet location, there's only 1 bus line and it only runs every 30 mins and never ontime.The space has great potential if you don't mind not being in the CBD.

Yes, the host was very welcoming. The amenities and location were excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. The view over the water was soothing and relaxing. Lovely to watch the sun set over the water, and see the boats and yachts at the jetty.
