Complete with pool, 2 living areas, entertainers kitchen as well as air-conditioning throughout, this is your perfect base to be next to some of Sydneys most iconic beaches, as well as a short trip into the CBD. Seabreeze is the perfect experience for the entire family to enjoy.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Balgowlah Heights is a charming and highly sought-after suburb located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, offering a peaceful and idyllic lifestyle. The neighborhood is renowned for its leafy streets, elevated position, and spectacular views of Sydney Harbour, making it an attractive choice for families and professionals alike. Surrounded by lush greenery and close to scenic nature reserves, Balgowlah Heights provides easy access to the Manly Dam Reserve and the nearby beaches, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
Residents enjoy a relaxed suburban vibe while being just a short drive from the vibrant atmosphere of Manly, with its bustling cafes, shops, and beaches. The area is also well-connected to the Sydney CBD, with frequent public transport options, including buses that make commuting into the city effortless.
Balgowlah Heights is home to a strong sense of community and offers a range of local amenities, such as parks, playgrounds, and sporting facilities, ideal for families. The suburb is also known for its excellent schools, including Balgowlah Heights Public School, adding to its appeal as a family-friendly location.

HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No parties or events
*No pets allowed
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FIVE people. No more than a maximum of FIFTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
*Since the pool is not directly viewable from living areas, rule #1 is no swimming alone. If you are the only one in the pool area you must exit the pool.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in the pool area.
*The Cabana Studio is not a suitable bedroom for children under 16 years of age, since it must be accessed via the swimming pool enclosure.
*Pool and garden cleaning are scheduled regularly. Guests are required to permit access for the purpose of pool and garden maintenance, including to the Cabana which is the only access to the pool filter and equipment room.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*The home is multi-level and has several steps to access the property. There are 51 steps to get to the front entrance from the street and 17 steps from the entrance to the living room second floor.
*Our internal stairs handrails have gaps that little kids could fit through and fall. As a result the property is inappropriate for preschoolers, toddlers and babies.
