- There is no dedicated off-street parking. However, there is a parking pass provided for 1 car for unlimited street parking. Please note that the parking pass must be left in the property after your stay to avoid a $500 charge.
- Charcoal BBQ - not a general BBQ (If you wish to use this, please bring your own charcoal and dispose of this safely)
- Feature fire place only - not for use.
- There have been some changes to the furniture and styling throughout the property since the photos were taken
- There is approx. 15 steps up to the apartment door.
- Please be aware that there may be some minor roof construction taking place during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. For non-Airbnb bookings, IDs for verification will be required, and a pre-authorisation hold will be placed one day prior to arrival.
