This wonderful 2 bedroom apartment offers the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience. Located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, minutes away from the train station, various local shops and delicious restaurants, and of course the Qudos Bank Arena for all your favourite concerts and sporting events. You will be able to retreat to a peaceful haven with this spacious apartment and enjoy all the city life has to offer.

Our stylish apartment in Sydney Olympic Park fits comfortably up to 5 guests with a queen size bed in each of the two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

Enjoy the convenience of free onsite parking space and stay connected with complimentary high speed Wi-Fi. Stream your favourite content on platforms like YouTube or Netflix using your own accounts.

Before anything else, I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.

RULE 1: Please respect check in and out times.
❑ The standard check-out time is 10am. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. For any unauthorized late check-out, a $50/hr late check-out fee will apply.
❑ Under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon, as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned — Any unauthorized late check-out beyond this time will result to a fee equivalent to a day’s base rate without discounts (NOTE: This fee will not mean possession of the property for the day, this is the fee for over-staying for more than 2 hours without permission)

RULE 2: No parties or events allowed
❑ Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without refund. 

RULE 3: No smoking allowed.
❑ Smoking inside the property is prohibited and will result an additional charge of over $250. This is as the smell will need to be treated professionally and the room deodorized.  

RULE 4: No pets allowed.
❑ Strictly no pets allowed. We absolutely love pets but due to hygienic and health reason/s, we are unable to accommodate them in my property. Violation of this rule will result to an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the cleaning fee in your booking as the housekeepers will need to do extra work.

RULE 5: Please be mindful of noise levels.
❑ Quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am seven days a week. Please note that any noise complaint, including outside of the quiet hours, will result in eviction without refund.

RULE 6: Please report damages or left behind items.
❑ If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP. We will need to replace them and additional charges may apply. 
❑ If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time. This will be $30 + the postage cost. 

RULE 7: Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
❑ If you are locked out and require us to visit the property, a $50 fee will be charged. This fee increases to $150 after 6pm daily and all day on weekends. 
❑ Lost keys or access swipes are subject to a $500 replacement charge. This is as the locks will need to be changed. 

RULE 8: No unregistered guests allowed. 
❑ No unauthorized guests. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation. Each additional unauthorized guest will accrue a $100 fine and your booking will be cancelled immediately without refund. 

RULE 9: Treat my property with love. This is your home too.
❑ Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premises. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. 
❑ We ask you to try and return the property to how you first entered. Our cleaning fee includes the time taken to clean the house without any extra mess. Any extra time spent cleaning as a result of your stay will be charged to you. 

RULE 10: No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
❑ We strictly do not allow storing or consuming illegal substances in our property. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without refund. 


★ Portacots and Highchairs are available on request only. Please let us know ASAP to ensure availability.  
★ We provide toiletries and other household items that should last for around 3 days. If additional supplies are needed, we are able to replenish for a fee if stocks are available. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself. 
★ Please communicate via the the booking portal wherever possible. This allows us to instantly identify your booking. Our average response time is less than 5 minutes. Note that text messages to my phone number won’t be received as we use an online phone system.

Amazing amenities, spacious and well furnished. Nothing was too much trouble for the host, they were constantly accessible and helped us with everything we needed. Walking distance to many parts of Sydney.

Disappointed

I was little disappointed with a few things. There were cockroaches in the room. There was a stinky smell as soon as we started the air con in the lounge. We requested late check-out but the owner told us to pay extra for 1/2 hours late check-out. Usually all the other appointments and hotels do allow an hour to two hour late check-out without additional cost. The beds were not very comfortable so I would say this place is not worth paying as advertised per night

Clean property, needs new towels its the only thing as they are wearing thin.

Great position overlooking Bicentennial Park

Lovely large windows overlook the Park - even reminiscent of a golf course view. We had easy access to Stadium Australia and enjoyed threading our way through the crowds. We used the sofa bed in lounge and it was a good option to provide three beds. There was even a single fold out in the study. Great that the grocery store is across the road. Very convenient.

How you can improve

The apartment had no Coffee or Tea cups Also no sugar which we bought and left for others We did have an issue with the Aircon in the lounge room and we had to pull the filters out to make it work they are on the tv unit as very much in need of a clean Bedroom 1 bed slats were off had to fix before we could use the bed 
 Bedroom 2 also bed had separate from the bed head had to fix to be able to use 
 no floor mat in the main bathroom.., other then that is was a convenient location for our concert
