Fire Alarm Safety: Smoking is strictly prohibited to prevent triggering the fire alarm system. Penalties will be enforced in case of violations.

No Party Zone: Parties are not permitted in the apartment. Violations may result in fines ranging from $500 to $1000, covering cleaning and property damage costs.

Prostitution Prohibition: We do not allow any form of prostitution service within the apartment premises.

Property Items: Kindly refrain from removing any items from the property.

Notice Regarding Items Left on the Property: All items left on the property will incur a $50 handling fee plus postage for shipping.

Key Responsibility: Ensure the safekeeping of your key or swipe card to avoid a penalty fee of $500 for replacements.

Weekly Inspection: For bookings exceeding seven days, access to the property is required once a week for routine inspections conducted by the property manager. This is a mandatory condition to maintain the property's condition.

You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
