âą The return home from Clontarf Beach is a very pleasant 10 min walk, although it is uphill
âą There are no âgroundsâ in the property â decorative landscaped gardens only NO lawns or play area.
âą Wooden floors are easy maintenance but no high heels or hard shoes, please!
âą Small pets are permitted with prior approval, but any damage is to be repaired at the renterâs cost.
âą There is an external security camera at the door for guests safety and peace of mind
