In an excellent location conveniently located, 8 mins walks to Supermarket Woolworths Wentworthville, and 15 minutes walking distance to Wentworthville Station (T1, T3, T5) or Dunmore St/ Station St bus stop. 6 minutes drive to Westmead Hospital. Supermarket, heaps of restaurants, Commonwealth Bank, Westfield Parramatta shopping mall, all can reach in 10-20 mins.

My home fits comfortably up to 4 guests with two generous bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with 2 single beds. Also contains a modern bathroom with bathtub, relax and enjoy the time in my apartment.

※Standard Setting: 1 x Queen Bed and 2 Signal beds for 4 guests.
※Extra linen for sofa requested at extra $25.
※Extra linen requested at extra $25. ( Please confirm with us at least one day before you coming )
※Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.
Attention Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.

※The mandatory Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry applies from 18 December 2020.

※Booking changes and other options

The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

RULE OF CHANGE A RESERVATION (Covid- lockdown):
The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.

- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied

Note:
Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.

2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check calendar availability.
