The studio is designed for up to three guests, (please read sleeping arrangements below for more details), all dressed in premium linens.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper dinner, with a full-size fridge, quality cookware, and all the essentials you need.
Step out to the private balcony and you have the Harbour Bridge and Opera House right in front of you.
There's seating out there, and it's genuinely one of those spots where you'll lose an hour without noticing.
The building has secure access and a lift.
Free parking on premises is included, which is a rarity in this part of Sydney.
Free parking on the street is also available (please note this is on a first come first serve basis, and there is time restrictions subject to the day).

The sofa can be used to sleep 1 person (age 10 or up) or two small children. Please note this is a fold out sofa which comes with a mattress. We can either set this up for you on arrival, or can provide you with instructions on how to set this up if you wish the bed on the lounge not to be setup on your arrival. All blankets, pillows and sheets will be provided whether we make up the bed, or if you wish to do this yourself.

* Laundry - There is no washer or dryer in the unit, but there is a common coin laundry in the building.
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
* Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!

* Strictly No parties or events allowed.
* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.
* Max 3 overnight guests. Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).
* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.
* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.
* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).
* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
*Pets allowed with prior approval:
- $110 fee per stay
- Keep pets off furniture and beds.
- Only allow pets weighing up to 10kg
