The Space:

Stay in a stylish one-bedroom apartment located in a secure, iconic Sydney building. The spacious open-plan living area features floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Hyde Park and St Mary's Cathedral. Enjoy a fully equipped galley kitchen and convenient laundry facilities. The spacious bedroom comes with an ensuite for your comfort and privacy.



Guest Access:

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Two internal doors will be locked . In the bedroom two of the four built-ins will be locked.



For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)



The Neighborhood:

The building is located in one of the most thought after area of Surry Hills. Lots of cool cafes, bars and great restaurants. Walking distance to CBD, Darlinghurst, Paddington , King Cross, Potts Point…..Close to supermarkets, bottle shops, pharmacy and medical centres.



Getting Around:

Conveniently located within walking distance to all major public transport options, including bus, train, metro, light rail, and ferries.



Other Things to Note:

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away.
