- This property does not have a normal air-conditioner. We have a portable aircon with big capacity in the living room.

- For number of guests no more than 4, the use of sofa bed will incur extra fee $40 for making up bed and linens per bed per stay.

-Baby cot and high chair are only available upon request with extra fees $40.
