The comfortable living space has a three-person couch and a Samsung TV, and sits near a dining table and an open-plan corner kitchen. Fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need to cook up a storm, make use of an electric cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine â all with a side of sparkling water views.
Come evening, unwind in a plush queen bed that is framed by bedside tables and ample cupboard space and a single bed; while a pristine bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and complimentary toiletries.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, a communal laundry, free parking for one car as well as minimal free street parking.

*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) legislation, we will require a Guest Agreement to be *In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is THREE people. If you would like to have day visitors, please reach out to us first for approval.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Parking: There are a few parking spots located directly outside the apartment, please note these spaces are not guaranteed as they are shared spaces and it's on a first come first serve basis.
*Additionally, there is free Street parking on weekend and overnight. Please note parking is limited to 2 hours from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
