- To access the on-site parking use the garage entrance scanning the fob, then go to Parking 2 then find car spot 311.

- Pets are subject to approval. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee.

- There will be building remediation works at the property. The rear door is blocked off as this area is deemed a work site and some noise is expected

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.

- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.

- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out

- We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started

- This booking is protected with coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses, provided by Travel Support with claim upto 500 AUD (T&C Applies). For more details reach out to Guest Support team post booking.

- The building will now have designated bins located in the recycling rooms where residents can place eligible drink containers (10¢ marked containers). Funds collected through the scheme will contribute toward community activities and assist with general building maintenance and upkeep.
