O - It is a coastal Sydney property so leaving balcony doors open may lead to insects flying in.

O -The outdoor chairs have started to show rust as a result of being exposed to the elements and will be replaced soon.

O - The parking space requires careful manoeuvring, as it's tight when entering and exiting. It has enough room for Sedans, hatch backs only as there isn't enough height clearance for SUV's.

O - There is a Minut home sensor in this property, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if some alarms are touched.

The property has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay, we manage the property on behalf of the owner and believe we offer a 5 star service. We are happy to do what's needed to ensure you have a comfortable stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay. The apartment is located on the fist floor in the building and is easily accessible by stairs. The apartment also comes with a private carport for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of North Bondi, a vibrant and lively beachside suburb of Sydney, our apartment is only a short walk to the world-famous Bondi Beach, Bondi Pavilion, Bondi Icebergs, local lifesaving clubs, and Bondi Golf Course. You'll also find plenty of award-winning restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby.



Bondi Oceanview Escape is easily accessible by public transport, with a bus stop just a few minutes away . If you have a car, the property comes with a private carport for your convenience. Our location is also within easy reach of the city centre, making it the perfect location for your next Sydney adventure.



Getting Around:

Close to public transport with a bus stop less than 50metres away taking you into Bondi Junction and Sydney CBD.



Uber and taxis are plentiful in the area however it's only a short walk to the Beach or the different villages around the Bondi area.
